Customer service does not work. Try calling any of the number on the website or click the Chat - nothing works.

The support does not respond to messages. I have been unable to access my website and emails up to a week now

😁 The servers are very fast.
I've hosted a lot of sites at QHoster - their cheap, reliable and servers are very fast. I haven't ever had a technical problem. I've only had a few minutes of downtime in last ten months. The technical support is responsive to extremley basic and simplistic questions. If you need to ask any questions out of ordinary you're on your own.

These guys are great. My last provider was causing me serious issues. In complete frustration, I decided to try QHoster over 6 months ago. The customer support is great. Any ticket I've put in has resulted in a real e-mail response within 10-15 minutes. Regards

My uptime has been pretty solid. Support has been mixed - the on-line chat is pretty good at solving problems when there is an agent available. I've recommended QHoster hosting to some of our associates and they have ended up using them as well.

😁 This is great for my business!
Having used many different hosting providers I have found QHoster to be excellent. My main reason for leaving my last host was due to the speed of the server. Since joining QHoster I have seen a phenomenal improvement with the site only taking 0.5 seconds to load. This is great for my business which is dependent on cost per click and getting inquiries through the site. I also found the migration service very useful.

😁 VPS hosting plan is great and cheap.
Every time I complained about a problem, the other provider would reply that they could not find the problem and that any code I wrote was my responsibility. My own research into the problems indicated a server issue, but they would not acknowledge it. The QHoster VPS hosting plan is great and cheap. All what they claim was true and they have a great customer sertvice. I am impressed with the uptime and speed also. Thanks.

I've had numerous others in the past, only for them to cause hours of work with every change they made to their systems. Never had a problem with QHoster, except a server glitch, which they took care of within 40 minutes of my notifying them. They have been the perfect web host for me. Very reliable and fast friendly technical support. My expectations are always exceeded. Their network and server uptime is really great - 99.9% is correct!

I joined QHoster after my old hosting providers service became negligible after a takeover. I've never looked back and cannot rate this web host highly enough. If you call - they answer. If you raise a ticket - they respond quickly. If there's a problem - it gets sorted. They provide a UK landline to call which is perfect, and on top of what I can only explain as exceptional customer service, their VPS interface is intuitive, easy to use and gives you so much control over your hosting needs.

😁 Finally found a host that really takes care of its clients
There are some issues with firefox and much is written on the web how to speed it back up, I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall it was in such a state on my machine. The point being I put QHoster web host through it trying to nail down issues and they ran checks and set up some cool things to speed up the site things which ultimately goes beyond the call of most support. They have never appeared tired of support which is nice when one is stressed oneself and they are always helpful.

😠 I was lured to transfer my WordPress website to them because of a $60 hosting deal for three years they were running.

Worst decision ever. It cost me - literally - my website.

After just two months they claimed that my website was infected with malware and that they have to suspend it.

I asked them to clean it up for me. I told them I am willing to pay.

Instead, they were rude and they said they couldn't do anything.

I asked them to give me my website's backup to have a freelancer clean it up for me.

They refused.

Finally, I asked to cancel my account and give me my files. They immediately accepted.

This is a clear SCAM on their end. They lure you with offers like the one I mentioned earlier and after a couple of months, they force you to leave their hosting service.

Don't join them ever. Search online for other online reviews and you will understand.

You have been warned.

Just read QHoster.com TOS before signing up and check out the forums for discount codes. They give you features for which you can get familiar with in time when your ready to get serious. Very good host.
The scripts that I had selected for installation were just right for me.

Great prices and package deals, too. If you have a one or two sites you may well have many years of happy service with QHoster - I can honestly recommend their cPanel hosting to others.

There can not be a better company to host your website on than QHoster.com - the reason I chose their service is they offer location choice - Europe and USA. They have nice one-click app installer: Joomla, wordpress, etc. I like control panel, the interface is clean, concise and configuring my site is straightforward.
I was also absolutely impressed by the number of payment methods: PayPal, Payza, Neteller, Skrill, WebMoney, Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Litecoin, SolidTrust Pay, CashU, Ukash, OKPAY, EgoPay, paysafecard, Alipay, MoneyGram, Western Union, SOFORT Banking, QIWI, Bank transfer, etc.
I don't think I have ever had to call customer support. Most everything I wanted to do just worked, and any problems I had were quickly solved by their self-support.

If you are even considering switching to a new hosting provider... switch over to QHoster without looking back.

Using QHoster.com hosting, I get quality and stable services which have no downtime. They offer over 12 methods of payment (like Paypal, Webmoney, Perfect Money etc) and it's really very convenient/ I don't know if there are any other hosts which provide that. Also each client of them has an unique opportunity to chose from 7 server locations.
As for their tech staff, they are quality and fgast in fixing issues if they occur.
An instant activation is one more plus from them. I like the way they work and plan to be with them as long as possible.

I like the control panel they use - nice eye catchy and functional - it is worth it.
Speed connectivity is quite good, pages load fast.
