BEWARE CHARGE YOUR PAYPAL WITHOUT AUTHORITY
BEWARE - these people charge you for services that you don't even have - VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE

USED THE SERVICE IN 2021 and PAID IN ADVANCE - THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER YEAR TODAY - REFUSE REFUND - HAVE TO HAVE BANK CHARGEBACK. SHOCKING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

😠 Keep away from these people.
I have used vpn`s for years (MT4 forex) and this company is the worst I have come across. The customer service is rude and incompetent. A simple job of sorting out a technical issue was beyond them and wanted access my account (they expect me to trust them ?). A refund was refused because my request was not within a 4 hour period (which in their terms and conditions is 48 hours). Keep well away from these people.

Dont trust them! They have the worst servers and the worst support. Some times they help you but most of the time they are rude and unhelpful. I am trying to move all my sites from them to another servers but its not easy.

I switched from my previous provider as I was paying a lot of money, having trouble getting through to support, and with quite a few downtimes appearing. As the downtimes increased in frequency, I decided to make the switch.

I have been using Nextpointhost for at least three years and I now use them for everything. I have their reseller package and lots of domains registered with them. Their unlimited hosting really is unlimited. Although some of my sites can be slow at times, its shared hosting, what do you expect. Shared hosting isn’t for busy sites.
Nextpointhost support team actually “support” you and care about getting the problem resolved.
I am more than happy about the service I receive from Nextpointhost and how they support my business
