😠 Absolutely the WORST customer service team, I would guess that they are in India from the names I have seen
They never read emails or notes between the support staff
NEVER use a credit card with them as they will automatically charge you full price and they also moe you up to the most expensive options, plus they add extras after your "deal" has run its course. It is absolutely impossible to get a credit from them if this happens to you

I hosted here for 3 months. When I called originally I was speaking with a person who made many promises on their support . He was easy to understand, and at the time felt like he would move the world for me. I called their support once and it wasn't bad last year. I dont know though, its like they outsourced or something because all I get now is people I cant understand who give me answers read from a screen with no ability to think for themselves. Dell tech support is better. Its ok if you don't ever need to talk to them.

😠 Ionos changed it's phone number in 2019 so it was no longer toll free. Unaware that when I was transferred to their new number I was calling outside my country I racked up a huge bill for their tedious 90 min customer services. The call resolved nothing except add-ons which I did not request! In spite of best efforts I kept being billed 1.00 here or $5.00 there for add-ons I never subscribed for. I had 4 domains with them. One of them was up for renewal and I didn't pay the invoice because I wanted to transfer it out. IONIS locked me out of my account; locked the business email to a different domain, and conveinently can't get the authroization code to transfer that domain to someone else! I asked how I was to pay the invoice without account access, they gave me some convaluted process about paypal, as they couldn't just charge it to a credit card. 😠 Terrible Customer Service
Don’t hesitate to check others reviews before starting their service, I had a terrible experience with them, terrible customer service, you start their service and they will charge you without your confirmation! If you like to start a new headache select them!

😁 I am running a small scale business and I am using their web hosting services from them. NO problem with their service. They respond quickly to my tickets and give assistance as soon as possible. From my experience I really want to suggest Ionos canada Bluehost and Domainracer to others.

😠 some one from inside created a domain in my account and billed my PayPal account.
they refused to investigate and claim there is no breached of security happened in my account.
i personally never logged into my account for about 1 year.
it happened just before my other domain was close to renewal and i already moved that domain to other place so they crated a fake domain and charged me for that...that's a scam
third class customer service.they hanged up phone on me several times .their staff has no customer service manners.
stay away from this company..
