😠 Hypernia offers no support for console
If you are wanting to run a Terraria server, they will not offer 24/7 technical support of the Tshock system they preinstall. They will tell you that your server is up and running. That is all the service and support you get. If you're expecting them to assist in using the servers software, they will not. They will give you a link to the Tshock website and say Goodluck!

😠 Stay Away!!!! Poor business practices on top of unreliable service
Hypernia is THE worst Rental Server Provider. Inconsistent service, down times, lag spikes, and they a have the nerve to threaten collections for a service that I haven't even used. STAY AWAY!!!!

Google "Hypernia complaints" and you will see "incompetency" is the consensus.

😠 Hypernia are completely incompetent.
The staff seem to not have any clue at all. Not only do they not understand the technical basics, they also have no skills in human relations. The prices are OK if you're willing to deal with the worst customer support you will find anywhere.
