😠 I paid for a virtual private server with Friktoria 6 months upfront and requested a custom OS or virtual console access together with the order. The next day, Friktoria manually provisions my server, installs a Linux distro of their choice, and tells me there's no virtual console access. Three days later, Friktoria refuses to refund me despite being unable to provide the requested service.

They advertise their offering with claims such as "refund if not satisfied" and "free choice of operating system" both *specifically* on pages dedicated to their VPS service. Obviously, both promises turned out to be lies.

If there's an issue with the service, I never jump to leaving a negative review. I always try to resolve the issue amicably. So, I tried to reach out to them three times, and every single time, they took a hard stance despite all the misleading marketing and my clear request left with the order. According to them, "the service was delivered as ordered."

😁 Friktoria. com is the best internet provider ever!
Friktoria.com has the very good support. I called them at 4 in the morning and their support team has there to solve my problem ASAP. Also they have very low prices to their products.
