Shared hosting packages include the standard features present in such configurations, such as email accounts, subdomains or FTP accounts. These also include free website builder, but the bad news is that features like disk space or bandwidth do not come in unlimited amounts.
The cloud storage services are enabled on Linux, Windows, web apps or mobile devices. Storage space ranges between 100GB to 20TB.
Virtual dedicate servers are enabled for custom configurations (including OS, RAM, storage, processor). Customers are allowed to outsource their infrastructure.

😠 Excessively poor and incompetent support. The technical support team knows very little on issues to do with hosting. And, a single-click support request will take about 48 hours to receive feedback and another 48 hours to receive support.

Their support team is not technical and they would never understand any technical issue. I would recommend the company to get better technical team on their support desk

Very simple. Their servers will not allow customers to access mysql databases. Tried there for months while connections would work e erywhere else including where I migrated to.
