😠 Don't try this!

This is the worst web host reseller agent , they have slowest servers, unresponsive staff. Once you contact their support after a server failure, they block your hosting account and claim you have broken their terms and whatever conditions. They steal your source codes and request you to explain to them certain line in code.

They never refund your money.

My advise: don't waste your time in this, look for a more reliable service elsewhere.

😠 Don't bother with these scam artists who are also inefficient. They even refuse to answer questions in the chat. Service was not delivered yet they took money. I requested refund the next day, they refused. also server is slow and keeps crashing after every 5 minutes. This is like stone age hosting service that gets by because they host 1 or 2 one page websites that rarely gets any visitor traffic.

server was misconfigured at the start. Then I was unable to get prompt service to fix it. Then days later when it was setup properly, I discovered the network speeds were so slow as to make thet service unusable.
Cancelling my account also received no response from their support desk.

😠 I am greatly dissatisfied with truehost.com services. Their customer care skills are horrible, and I doubt their technical team has any technical skills. The only advise they seem to give to any technical problem is upgrade to gold! Further, the silver hosting package seems to have a problem with python that they have refused to sort out and at the same time they have not indicated this in the package details. At the same time they have secret clauses to their 30 day money back guarantee that isn't disclosed, why call it a money back guarantee? For me, their services have been a total waste of time and money.

😁 Good services. Initially the support was not 24/7, but in the last two years they seem to have perfected the services. One thing that can make the rating 10/10 is adding the free Lets Encrypt certificate. This is where the world is headed.

we have been running a server at Truehost Kenya for some time. Server acts as our mail server, our web server on which our web is hosted. a fully managed service that we really do know how and what it require to run. over two year on yearly plan and we cannot think of better service that what we are receiving - kudos truehost kenya

I wish to confirm that truehost uptime is wanting, the next day your website is running and in a few days it is offline or has been hacked, the servers are not secure in anyway. i think you are doing try and error and you have no time with background security. please shy a way from this host before you regret the next day.
