Runbox Solutions is a private company and they re-established themselves in 2011. Their service is managed and co-located by Copyleft Solutions.They are mainly a mail service provider and they claim to have launched around 1,000,000 accounts. Besides the e-mail services, they also provide shared hosting plans.
E-mail hosting packages include CalDAV service, virus scanning, spam filtering, email forwarding and consolidation, as well as POP3/Web/IMAP/SMTP access. These are easily upgradable and customers can expand their plans the way they like by choosing additional accounts or extra features (e-mail storage space, file storage space, email aliases, etc.).
Runbox is not offering new web hosting accounts since 2022

😁 I am very satisfied Runbox customer for about 4 years.
I appreciate the help of their customer support in the beginning when I had no idea what SPF is, how to configure Thunderbird etc.
It's probably normal feature (I have no other experience with commercial mail hosting), but I really love the ability to create aliases for my mailbox so easily.

😠 DO NOT even consider doing any business with RunBox!
I have tried to host my email with them, their support is super SLUGGISH -- slow as ever! They simply don't have much Customer Service at all. Can't even log in, they are lacking password reset, and a host of other issues... I would NOT recommend RunBox to absolutely anyone!

😠 Opened an email plan with them not any responce from support or sales.
I've send a support ticket nothing no responce, very strange I have quite some other hosting and email hosting never seen this bad.
The website is extremely awful very slow Runbox 7 is even worse can't blame that its beta.
I filed a complaint at visa. and a chargeback.
