We at Domainnameshop have more than 15 years experience with registration and maintenance of domain names, in addition to hosting services among others email, web and colocation. We currently host over 400,000 domain names on behalf of more than 70,000 customers, both private individuals, companies, organizations and government agencies. We are by far the largest on the registration of .com domains with a market share of 44.5% (October 2015) - no other of the approximately 350 .no registrars are close to signing as many .com domains like us per month.Our goal
Our goal is to provide cost effective and in a market characterized by strong competition. We work constantly to offer simple, effective and affordable solutions as possible. Our employees should have a high technical expertise level, and we will offer you professional and personal service. Satisfied customers are our best advertisement.
Our network
We run our own server park which is based on robust and proven Open Source technology (Linux), which is centrally located in downtown Oslo. We have redundant lines and servers, and an uptime of over 99.95% to. We have five independent fiber optic Internet lines, two gigabit lines directly to NIX1 and NIX2, which are focal points for the largest Internet providers in Norway. International traffic goes through three independent gigabit lines respectively Level3, Cogent and TeliaSonera International Carrier, which is among the largest providers of global IP traffic.

Domeneshop AS was founded in 1996. We currently counts 14 employees, with offices in Oslo and Kristiansand. The company is 100% owned by its employees, and has a solid economy. Our turnover in 2015 of approximately NOK 60 million.
