📄 Editorial Review

ANW® is a Spanish hosting provider operated by Activa NT, C.B., based in Yecla, Murcia. Active since 2001, the company has accumulated more than two decades of experience in hosting, domains, server administration and managed infrastructure. Its services are mainly oriented toward businesses, developers and professional users that value technical assistance and managed environments instead of purely low-cost hosting.

ANW combines conventional Web Hosting with a particularly extensive JAVA™ Hosting platform. Standard hosting supports PHP 7 and PHP 8, Node.js, Git, MariaDB/MySQL, WordPress, Joomla and PrestaShop. Accounts use NVMe storage and clearly allocated RAM and CPU resources. The Hosting START configuration begins with 1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 5 GB NVMe storage, two MySQL databases, 25 email accounts and 200 GB of monthly traffic, while larger plans scale to 8 GB RAM, 4 vCPU, 50 GB NVMe storage and unlimited data transfer.

Managed Web Hosting includes professional email, SSL certificates, daily backups and free website and email migration. Qualifying annual packages can also include a free .com or .es domain. WordPress users have access to WordPress Toolkit, while Sitejet provides a visual website-building environment.

The JAVA™ Hosting range is one of ANW's strongest technical areas. Each account receives its own dedicated JVM, while AppManager allows customers to deploy Apache Tomcat, GlassFish, Payara or WildFly and select from several Oracle JDK and OpenJDK versions. JAVA accounts can also use PHP, Node.js, Git, MariaDB/MySQL, remote database access, SSL and email. Current configurations range from 2 GB RAM, 1 vCPU and 15 GB NVMe to 8 GB RAM, 4 vCPU and 50 GB NVMe. This makes ANW particularly suitable for developers maintaining traditional Java applications that require a managed JVM environment.

Hosting Mail is available as a standalone professional email service using the customer's own domain. The Basic package includes 25 accounts and 5 GB NVMe storage, while Mail PRO provides 50 accounts and 15 GB. POP3, IMAP and Webmail are supported together with SSL/TLS and anti-spam protection based on SpamAssassin, SPF, RBL and DKIM.

Domain registration is another established part of the business. .es domains start at €7.90/year and .com domains at €14.49/year. Domain registrations include the ANW Base service with 500 MB NVMe storage, professional email, DNS administration, SSL and Plesk. Internationalized domain names are also supported, including names containing accented characters, ñ and ç.

ANW also maintains services for multidomain/reseller hosting, Cloud root servers, managed Cloud servers, dedicated bare-metal servers, database servers, Cloud Storage and custom infrastructure. Multidomain virtual servers are intended for agencies and resellers that need separate hosting accounts under Plesk, with configurations supporting 30, 60 or 100 hosting accounts.

Several infrastructure products are currently marked temporarily unavailable, including multidomain virtual servers, root Cloud servers, managed Cloud servers, database servers and bare-metal dedicated servers. Their technical specifications remain useful for understanding ANW's infrastructure range, but customers needing these products immediately should confirm availability before ordering.

The dedicated server range includes configurations with 64 GB to 128 GB RAM, NVMe RAID 1, fixed IPv4 addresses and up to 100 TB of monthly traffic. Managed Cloud configurations use AlmaLinux, Plesk Obsidian, NVMe storage and fixed IPv4 addresses. Its SLA Level 1 administration service includes continuous management and proactive monitoring, with root access restricted on fully managed systems so ANW can retain responsibility for the server configuration.

Cloud Storage remains available for backup and large-volume storage requirements. Packages provide 1 TB, 5 TB or 10 TB, unlimited traffic, multiple snapshot slots and several users, with FTP, FTPS, SCP and SFTP access.

ANW also provides delegated server administration for external and dedicated infrastructure. This can include diagnosis, security hardening, stability improvements, maintenance, monitoring and proactive intervention during technical incidents.

The company is strongly oriented toward the Spanish market. Its website, service information, legal documents and support environment are primarily in Spanish, and no full English-localized version exists. Product prices are displayed in EUR.
