😠 They are very bad... they do everything their way... far more complicated then usual, and you ended having to open support tickets for everything (even the easiests things like change a dns record). lots of problems in their interface.

😠 Absolute rubbish. The slowest, most useless and infuriating page you can imagine. Sneaky behaviour to get you to spend more money. It took me about two hours to renovate my domain, which should have been a click.

😠 Terrible servicio humano, aún contratando el servicio "administrado", peor que una operadora de telefonía, los comerciales regalan los oídos con servicio y ayuda personalizada y luego actúan como un robot.

No se crean nada de lo que prometen. Eso si, pasen por caja antes de nada para asegurarnos que nos quedamos con su dinero, ayuda la justa, y repito, pagando servicio administrado, llevo muchos años trabajando con empresas de Hosting y es lo peor de lejos que me he encontrado nunca.

Si quieren una empresa que le trate como un número en vez de como a una persona, este es su proveedor de Hosting.

😠 todo son problemas, con los certificados SSL, con los dominos, nunca antes había tenido problemas.

😠 Unos auténticos piratas, me esperaba más de un empresa que se supone seria, pero que al fin y al cabo en la que solo prima el hacer caja. ¿Por qué usan practicas como la auto-renovación por defecto?¿Hay algo mas rastrero que eso? Porque un día después de haberse iniciado la supuesta auto-renovación, y advertida por mi persona, son incapaces de cancelar la facturación y obligarte a pagar un servicio que no usas. Por poner un ejemplo, me pase de dos días de la auto-renovación del amazon prime (ya me lo habían cargado en cuenta) les escribí pidiendo que revocaran la misma, y en cuestion de 24 horas me habian devuelto el dinero y cancelado la renovación automática, ESO, si es profesionalidad, lo vuestro tras mas de 4 e-mails es muy poca empatía con el cliente y una manera burda de hacer caja. MUY DECEPCIONADA.

😠 Básicamente se pasan las leyes por el arco del triunfo. Tenemos 14 dias para pedir reembolso SIN DAR EXPLICACIONES, y estos señores simplemente dicen que no, pues porque son ellos, especiales. Estafadores es lo que son. CUIDADO CON ESTA GENTE.
