Aug 9, 2004 : eCompany Launches Web Hosting Service

📅 August 9, 2004 - The eCompany (eim.com), the e-commerce subsidiary of telecommunications carrier Etisalat, announced on Thursday that it had launched an integrated package for Web design and hosting needs.

The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with three Web design firms in the United Arab Emirates, as it expands its services for corporate customers.
Advanced Digital Technology, Al-Ghanem Net Computers LLC and Cyber Gear LLC will serve as resllers for the Web hosting services operated by the eCompany in the Etisalat data center.
"Our customers find great value in outsourcing the entire process as it is cost effective, has a faster time to market and does away with the need to maintain an in-house qualified IT resource," says Abdulla Hashim, senior manager for business development and marketing for eCompany.
