📅 February 7, 2005 - Web hosting automation software developer Ensim (ensim.com) announced on Monday that it has named Scott Sandell chairman of its board of directors and added Irwin Gross as a new member.

Sandell is a general partner with NewEnterprise Associates, the lead investor in Ensim. He has extensiveexperience in the technology sector and currently serves on the boardsof Agami Systems, CenterBeam, Data Domain, FineGround Networks, Foveon,Spreadtrum Communications, Tableau Software and Teneros.

Gross is a general partner at Worldviewand brings a decade of experience with technology firms. He currentlysites on the boards of AudioFeast and Stretch.

The company is now offering the Gigabyte hosting package, priced starting at $4.95 per month, with 5GB of Web space, calling it the biggest budget Web hosting plan in the industry.
