📅 - Keynote Systems (keynote.com),a provider of e-business performance management services, announced onThursday that it has acquired Netherlands-based e-business performanceconsulting firm Hudson Williams B.V. Hudson Williams B.V. wasoriginally the European subsidiary of Hudson Williams Inc., which wasacquired by Keynote Systems in July 2004. Financial terms of the dealwere not disclosed.
Hudson Williams B.V., according toKeynote, consists of four management professional consultants whoprovide services for assessing, tuning and testing the performance ofWeb applications and infrastructures. Keynote said the group will focuson integrating Keynote's growing portfolio of service level managementsolutions with SAS, a supplier of business intelligence software.
"This acquisition effectively completesthe acquisition of Hudson Williams which began when we acquired HudsonWilliams, Inc. in July of last year," says Umang Gupta, chairman andCEO of Keynote. "We are very pleased to have these four highly trainedand experienced performance management consultants join Keynote inEurope, as we can now offer to our European customers the same range ofdeep performance management expertise and innovative SLM technologysolutions that we have been offering in the US."
Peter van Gils, the founder and CEO ofHudson Williams B.V., will join Keynote as director of European servicelevel management services.
