The SunTone Program certification for service providers, an initiative headed by Sun Microsystems (sun.com), reviews processes, methodology and infrastructure to ensure the delivery of secure, reliable services. The certification is intended to serve as a mark for companies looking to outsource their IT infrastructure. A SunTone certified service provider has been evaluated, and deemed to have the highest quality infrastructure and operations.
NEXL says that as a member of Sun's iForce program, and a national system provider that has recently met the requirements of a SunTone certified managed services provider, it is in an excellent position to provide solutions to companies looking for a partner to assist with complex IT implementations as well as ongoing management.
The company says that attaining the certification was an important goal that NEXL had set for itself. It says that the SunTone seal, combined with the company's ISO 9002 certification and its role as an executive member of the MSP Association add up to a great deal of evidence supporting NEXL's commitment to quality assurance.
