📅 June 21, 2005 - Internet services provider PW New Media (pwnewmedia.com) announced on Monday that it had acquired Web hosting provider StickWithMe.co.uk (stickwithme.co.uk), merging the operations with its own hosting service LiquidSix Hosting (liquidsix.com). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Paul Woodland, general manger of PW New Media, says that after a year of significant hosting growth, the company felt it was time to expand. PW New Media will handle all support and billing for StickWithMe customers. The company says it will integrate StickWithMe into its LiquidSix service. "I believe this is a necessary change to be made and will ensure that customers continue to receive the high standard of service they expect," says Lisa Stevens, owner of StickWithMe. "Customers will experience improved functionality with their hosting, and an even higher level of support."
