The association, which offers a variety of Web-based courses, previously used an internal association and chose Q9 because of the improved performance and reliability. "Our course content is becoming richer and now includes multimedia elements such as video," says Ingrid Druml, manager of finance and administration at the Alberta Real Estate Association. "This is driving our need for a robust hosting solution that can deliver very high performance and reliability." The Q9express bundle is designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It is a fully managed solution backed by service level agreements and 24-hour technical support. "Q9express bundles provide affordable, rapidly provisioned solutions that enable companies of any size to outsource the burden of infrastructure management while better focusing on core competencies," says Osama Arafat, CEO of Q9 Networks.
