Oct 11, 2005 : Ensim Adds to Web Hosting Software

📅 October 11, 2005 - Web hosting automation software developer Ensim (ensim.com) and messaging software provider Fenestrae (fenestrae.com) announced on Monday that they had launched a unified solution for the Microsoft hosted messaging and collaboration platform.
The solution is based on Ensim Unify, a multi-service delivery platform that automates the management and provisioning of hosted services. Fenestrae's Communication Server technology is integrated for creating and managing messaging functionality. According to the companies, the solution enables services providers to add services such as inbound and outbound faxing and wireless notification to their hosted Microsoft Exchange offerings while keeping cost and resource consumption down. "Rather than continuing to build solutions from scratch, service providers are increasingly looking for customizable solutions that enable rapid deployment of new value-added services while lowering the cost of operations through automation and role-based, delegated administration," says Shay Mowlem, vice president of marketing and alliances for Ensim. "The integration of Fenestrae Communication Server into Ensim Unify enables our customers to tap into the huge potential of new high-value, mobile applications rapidly, easily and cost-effectively."
