Brain Force sold the technology for a 10 percent interest in KEMP, with an agreement to increase that investment to 30 percent by June 30, 2006. "KEMP Technologies bridges the gap between small business and technology," says Kevin Mahon, president of KEMP Technologies. "This partnership with Brain Force gives us the power to fuel the technology advancement of small and medium-sized businesses that require the security and competitive advantages load balancing software provides for transaction-based businesses."
