📅 November 30, 2005 - Technical support provider ThinkSupport.net (thinksupport.net) announced on Monday that it is now offering new "Per Ticket," "Per Server" and "24/7 Server Monitoring Alert" packages for outsourced hosting support.

ThinkSupport.net offers level one, two and three support on Unix and Linux, Microsoft Windows, FreeBSD and Sun Solaris platforms. The company provides 24-hour outsourced technical support services, to numerous Web hosting providers and ISP's.

In addition to the ticket help desks, the company offers live chat support, email support and international telephone support for control panels including WHM/CPanel, HSphere, Plesk, Ensim, HSP, Helm and Hosting Controller, as well as VPS, server security and system administration on both Linux and Microsoft Windows Servers.

"We are looking at ThinkSupport to capture the technical support soon in every aspect," says Sameer Kulkarni, VP of operations at ThinkSupport. "In the coming year, we have great plans of internationally owned offices located in San Jose, US and Cheshire, UK and offering voice based telephone support from US and UK."
