📅 June 22, 2006 - Rich media publishing and delivery provider Nine Systems (ninesystems.com) announced on Wednesday it has made two key leadership appointments to its management team. The company has appointed Rob Green as senior vice president of business development and strategy, and John Walpuck as chief financial officer.

As senior vice president of business development and strategy, Green will lead the company's business development and marketing activities, including identifying strategic business partnerships and expanding the company's channel programs. He has over 16 years of extensive experience in executive management, business development and sales management. Prior to joining Nine Systems, Green served as the group manager of business development for Microsoft.

As chief financial officer, Walpuck will oversee Nine Systems' financial operations. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate development and general financial management. Prior to joining Nine Systems, he served as a corporate officer, financial executive and management consultant to privately-held and publicly traded companies of all sizes.
