📅 December 14, 2006 - Web hosting provider Hostony (hostony.com ) announced on Wednesday it is offering new customers two additional years of free hosting services when they purchase four years of either a Linux or Windows shared hosting plan from now through January 10, 2007.

Hostony offers two Linux shared hosting plan. The Profi plan is priced at $4.95 per month, and includes 200GB of disk space and 2TB of monthly bandwidth. The $6.95 per month Special plan includes 300GB of disk space and 3TB of monthly bandwidth.

The Profi plan allows users to host up to 10 domains whereas Special users are allotted to create an unlimited number of domains. Hostony plans include free set up, unlimited sub-domains, unlimited parked domains and cPanel control panel.

Windows shared hosting plans provide Hostony's customers with Windows technologies for developing dynamic web sites. The usage of MS Access, MS SQL databases, ASP v.1 & v.2, ASP.NET, .NET Framework allows doing less to reach more. PHP, Active Perl, CGI scripting, SSI on Windows hosting platform are supported as well.
