Feb 23, 2007 : BroadRiver to Build Third Facility

📅 - Data center operator and Web hosting provider BroadRiver (broadriver.com) announced on Thursday plans to build out a third managed data center facility in Atlanta, Georgia to support the company's growth in the Southeast.

Since operating at near full capacity in its two existing managed data facilities, the new 15,000 square foot data center will increase BroadRiver's capacity for colocation, managed voice and hosted data services by over 400 percent, says the company.

"Our business in serving all commercial businesses in Georgia continues its consistent growth as more and more organizations look to outsource the management of complex information technology environments," says Gregory McGraw, president and CEO of BroadRiver. "This expansion project confirms our long-term commitment to the Georgia business community and ensures our ability to provide customers throughout the Southeast with proven solutions for maintaining around the clock availability, security and integrity of their critical data and business applications."

The company expects the new facility to be complete by the end of the first quarter of this year.
