Feb 26, 2007 : Gearworx Adds AJAX 1.0 Support

📅 February 26, 2007 - Web hosting provider Gearworx (gearworx.net -> hostinger.com) announced last week that it is now offering support for ASP.NET AJAX 1.0 on its entire Windows based shared hosting plans.

ASP.NET AJAX is a free framework for building rich interactive, cross-browser Web applications. This Microsoft technology integrates cross-browser client script libraries with the ASP.NET 2.0 framework.

ASP.NET AJAX enables users to benefit from AJAX techniques to create ASP.NET pages with a rich user interfaces. With this framework, Web developers can enhance existing Web pages, or create next-generation interfaces, with powerful AJAX components.
