Jan, 2008 : 'Dashboard' Allows Window into ICANN Performance

MARINA DEL REY, Calif.: The Internet Corporation for AssignedNames and Numbers today released the first version of a new 'Dashboard' thatwill offer measurements of ICANN's performance in numerous areas across theorganization.
"At this stage the âDashboard' has reports from Finance, IANA, and IETFrequest queue. We are looking for community feedback on this tool and willexpand the reports available over time," said Dr Paul Twomey, ICANN's Presidentand CEO.
The 'Dashboard' is the result of a substantial effort within ICANN to definemeasurable results, establish repeatable processes for collecting data, andto select and install software.
"This is about continuous improvement, transparency, and accountabilityto our community," Dr Twomey added.
Members of the public are invited to test drive the 'Dashboard' at https://www.icann.org/idashboard/public/.
