📅 - Unified communications software provider Ensim (ensim.com) announced on Thursday it is offering early support for Microsoft's (microsoft.com) Dynamics CRM 4.0 via its Unify Shared Edition control panel. The solution, which Ensim says is the first of its kind, enables providers to add Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 as part of their hosted offering at a low price point.
The single, centralized application enables providers to activate, configure and manage their unified communications and collaboration infrastructure, says the company. As a result, providers should achieve greater efficiency with provisioning automation, resource management, monitoring and metering of hosted services.
Ensim says delegate administration enables resellers, enterprise administrators and end users to manage their hosted services according to credentials, while users can be created, activated and configured in a single instance. In an effort to gain a larger share of the on-demand CRM market, Microsoft has reduced the price of its Dynamics CRM package by 40 percent.
"By supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 on the same week as its general availability, we are able to give our customers a jump start in deploying this exciting new hosted offering," says Francois Depayras, VP of marketing and alliances at Ensim.
Last month, Ensim announced that managed hosting provider intY has deployed Unify Shared Edition as its management platform.
