📅 December 7, 2006 - Web site design and Web hosting provider Brinkster (brinkster.com ) announced on Thursday it has selected the Zimbra Collaboration Suite by Zimbra as its new email and collaboration solution.

"With a powerful and cost effective backend and an Ajax Web interface that is unmatched in the industry, Zimbra is a great way for us to increase value for our customers and to provide different tiers of service for customers to choose from," says Jared Stauffer, president and CEO of Brinkster.

The standard edition of Zimbra offers all of the regular email features customers have come to expect, as well as many innovative extras. These include the ability to organize email by conversation and tag it for future sorting or searching.

The enhanced version, offered for a fee, provides small businesses with a collaborative tool that includes shared calendaring, attachment search, resource and group scheduling and the ability to create rich Web-based documents.
