Aug, 2002 : Inflow's Austin IDC Has Successful Quarter
📅 - Managed Web hosting and outsourced IT service provider Inflow Inc. (inflow.com) reported positive second-quarter operating results for its Austin IDC on Wednesday.
Recurring revenue for the quarter was $1.37 million, an increase of 6.2 percent over the previous quarter, and a 65.5 percent increase over the same period last year. The total customer count for the Austin IDC at the end of the quarter was 75, including new customers Hire.com, Keller Williams Realty and Works Operating Company.
"The second quarter for our Austin IDC continued its strong record of financial and operational success," said Cameron Brown, general manager for Inflow's Austin IDC. "Second-quarter results showed that we continued to sign new customers, and demand for Inflow's high-quality customer service and reliable managed hosting services remains strong."
Second-quarter EBTIDA grew 576.6 percent over the previous quarter to $320,000. The company attributes the growth to customer loyalty and the hard work of the data center team.
Inflow says the Austin data center delivered 100 percent availability in its Internet access services and all aspects of facility uptime for the ninth consecutive quarter. Mean time to install customers improved to 11 days, or 2 days, excluding the effect of third-party provisioning delays.
The IDC received a rating of 9.4 out of 10 for overall customer satisfaction in a study completed by Atlanta-based CSM Inc.
