Okeson will be responsible for all of the company's financial activities, and will report to Patrick J. Sweeney, president and chief executive officer. James M. Zinn, co-founder of the company and its original CFO, is reducing his full-time commitment to ServerVault, but will continue as a member of its board of directors, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, as well as financial strategies. "I look forward to working with a professional of Lars' caliber," says Sweeney. "He brings an excellent blend of financial management and merger and acquisition skill to the team. Jim's commitment to the team over the past three years has been enormous. He will be missed on a full-time basis but remains very committed to the company's success." Okeson has a history of accounting and venture-related experience. Before joining ServerVault, he was CFO for enterprise software company Ikimbo, and has held key positions with Arthur Andersen and Fuisz Technologies.
