📅 - XML solution developer Software AG Inc. (softwareagusa.com) and syndication solution provider Active Data Exchange Inc. (activedatax.com) announced yesterday that they have allied to provide a combined content distribution management solution across multiple enterprises.
"Our partnership with Active Data Exchange extends our content management solutions with a powerful content distribution management platform," says Michael McDowell, vice president of Business Development and Channels for Software AG Inc. "The out of the box capabilities of Active Data Syndicator provide companies with a practical technology investment that fully utilizes the processing efficiencies of our Tamino XML server."
The combined solution, say the companies, will allow customers to create new revenues streams with existing content. By natively storing, processing and delivering XML, Software AG's Tamino XML server and Active Data Syndicator reduce the time to aggregate and store existing content, producing faster distribution.
The Tamino is a platform for publishing electronic documents, designed to allow enterprises to deal efficiently with unstructured data. The Active Data Syndicator creates personalized digital content catalogs for customers, enabling real-time delivery of digital information to multiple networks from multiple sources.
Software AG says it will distribute Active Data Syndicator in North America.
