Oct, 2002 : Plesk Releases PSA 5.0 with Master Console

📅 October 7, 2002 - Web hosting automation software provider Plesk Inc. (plesk.com) announced on Monday that it has released its Plesk Server Administrator (PSA) 5.0 and the optional Master console, providing enterprise-class functionality for growth and profitability.

Plesk says the more robust channel management and easier services access in PSA 5.0 improve profitability through more tiers of self-administration and integrated access to value-added applications through the MyPlesk.com e-commerce portal.
According to Plesk, the benefits of PSA 5.0 include the optional master control, which consolidates and automates the management of 50 PSA servers and the hosting plans running on them, allowing even non-technical users to perform changes across any number of hosting plans; four tiers of administration, including customer self-automation functions; and integration with the MyPlesk.com e-commerce portal for value added services.
