Oct 4, 2002 : Internap to Move to SmallCap Market

📅 October 4, 2002 - Intelligent Internet routing service provider Internap Network Services (Internap.com -> inap.com) said on Thursday that the company has been notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market that its listing would be transferred to the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

The transfer was to take place as of the opening of business on Friday, October 4, 2002. The company says it will continue to trade under the INAP ticker symbol.
The transfer announcement came after Internap's announcement, earlier in the week, that the company had turned EBITDA positive for the month of September, a full quarter ahead of its previous guidance.
