Sep, 2003 : BlueStar Solutions Extends Outsourcing Contract

📅 September 25, 2003 - IT outsourcer BlueStar Solutions (bluestarsolutions.com) announced this week that it has extended its contract with Lumileds, a manufacturer of LEDs, for an additional three years.

Lumileds was previously a customer of Agilera, a company BlueStar Solutions acquired in April 2003.

"Their decision to extend their contract with us confirms that our acquisition of Agilera last April has resulted in a seamless transition for our customers who look to us to manage their IT so they can focus on their core business."
BlueStar Solutions manages Lumiled's J.D. Edwards enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications as well as third party software associated with the J.D Edwards modules.
