The new server package gives customers the choice between two server options ? Starter and Basic. In addition, customers have the option to purchase Value Support, a customer support package, which provides customer support via phone or e-mail 24/7. "We have spent the last few months conducting surveys and focus groups with our dedicated customers and potential customer base to fully understand what they want in a hosting company. The launch of this product and its price point is an answer to their requests," said Jim Collins, chief marketing officer at Affinity Internet. "Our dedicated server customers are not inexperienced in working with hosting companies, they are experts who know what they want and providing them with an a la carte server package allows them to purchase what they want." The new dedicated server is configured with an AMD Duron 1.3 CPU, 512 MB RAM, 60 GB HD and 500 GB Data Transfer. ValueWeb is one of Affinity's five hosting brands.
