😠 "I purchased a dedicated server from Oneprovider five days ago, and it's been nothing but a nightmare since then. The server was delivered very late, and even after the OS reinstallation, it still did not work correctly. The server's performance was below par and kept going down, causing significant inconvenience. When I requested a refund, Oneprovider played with their terms of service instead of providing a resolution to my problem.
Overall, my experience with Oneprovider was terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their late delivery, poor server performance, and lack of customer service make it an unreliable choice for anyone seeking a stable hosting experience."

They Accidentally Deleted Server - Everything Lost and No Recovery
We rented a Dedicated Server from OneProvider in one of their Silver tier Datacenters (+1 year client); in late December our Server went down without any reason provided. For over a week, our tickets and requests for remediation went unanswered.
8 Days after the initial event, we finally got a response that they were investigating. Over the following week (2nd week of downtime), we got the same "We're looking into it" reply, before finally at the end of week 2, where told that: " following an internal issue on the data center side, the server has been terminated"; no backups are available and they are not able/willing to provide a replacement server.
This is not the first issue we have experienced with OneProvider, with multiple unannounced long term / multi-day outages of this Dedicated server.

I have ordered dedicated server for the company. It was paid and "delivered", I requested automatic OS install - when it is finished server is not available. I tried to install other OS - no results. I tried to power Off / On server via remote control - no luck. I contacted support and in 3-5 hours was formal reply: some problems, server not available, we will inform you ASAP. After a day of nothing I wrote to support again multiple times - no replies.
I requested refund - not yet replies. I do not know what to do, but I do not like the idea to keep all as it is. It is general fraud.

So this morning at 11:42 CET I received an e-mail from OneProvider becuase my invoice is overdue. In the e-mail they requested to make a payment within 72 hours or my server would be terminated.
This e-mail contained the following text:
"To get your service un-suspended :
Verify the reason for suspension noted above. If you feel like this suspension is unwarranted, please contact billing@oneprovider.com with as much detail as possible.
Suspensions for non-payment:
You must make a full payment immediately. Failure to do so will result in your data being wiped out within 72 hours of this e-mail. You must contact support once you have made your payment to ensure that your service is removed from the automatic termination queue. We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

😠 I have two servers from oneprovider but this was my lifetime big mistake they suspended my server because of abuse and i saw the email was in spam created ticket no response i am getting disputes from clients when ever i call there support they are always closed i will surly migrate my servers once it is unsuspended but it was very worst expirence, i am losing clients i will never recommend this company, I suggest new guys to stay away from this company i losed my bussines due to this company my server is down from two days...

😠 Used 3 VPS and 1 dedicated server.
I only tested the VPS and seeing that they had poor performance I never put them into production.
The dedicated server in 10 months has had two hardware problems; the first was a memory problem, the second unspecified also because before waiting for them to solve the problem I bought one from another supplier.
The really disastrous problem is the support, practically non-existent, 11 hours before responding to a ticket on a server down is not acceptable and moreover without a comprehensive response ...
Stay away from this supplier!

Bon prix mais le support est très mauvais. Ils prennent le monde pour des cons.
Ils ne donnent jamais raison au client et trouve toujours le moyen de faire croire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.
Veuillez bien surveiller les serveurs avec une connexion 1Gbps. C'est de la fausse publicité pour la plupart des serveurs. Leurs serveurs de la France et du Canada proviennent essentiellement de DediBox (Online.net) Scaleway et de OVH. Les serveurs peuvent bien évidement télécharger sur un lien 1Gbps (AVAL) mais sont bridés et (AMONT), souvent à 250Mbps.
Et il se défendent en disant que c'est bien marqué dans leur T.O.S. et que 200Mbps en AMONT pour un serveur 1Gbps c'est très bien.
Donc fausse publicité et mauvais support.
Certains serveurs ont un vrai lien 1Gbps mais faut faire des essais et erreur. Ce qui coûte cher.

I first started using 1 provider in 2015, and it was decent.
The support and efficiency has gone downhill. Back in the day, they used to respond quickly, issues got resolved. Cool. They had a lot of my business.
Now, 2018? Garbage. The support staff takes over 24-48 hours for each simple question. Repeats questions I've previously already answered in a ticket, and after 1 week and 1 day of a simple request to get my server BOOTED... they're "working on it and will let me know when it's ready."
I miss the old OneProvider. Whatever happened to it now, is a shame.
I've since moved to HOSTKEY... but man, I'll miss the great era of OneProvider... it truly used to be a beacon of hope.
