😠 Biggest Scam Company. DO NOT USE!!!!
My grandmother unknowingly renewed her storage business domain through this HORRIBLE company because an email scared her into doing that, even though I had up her domain through Wix she did it through Digital Space. It's been months of back and forth with their Support to try to get her domain transferred out, and whenever the 'support' team member transferred it out, she would get an automated email that said "Click to reset your password" ???!! which has nothing to do with transferring out the domain!!!! The customer service does NOT know what they are doing and they DO NOT CARE to help in fixing anything. Now my grandmother passed away and we can't even access her email and apparently changing the admin email address tied to this account would lock the account for 60 days.... We needed this site running MONTHS AGO!!! This has been a nightmare and we are now starting with a new domain from scratch since this 'company' wants to hold her business domain hostage and won't help in any [read more...]

😠 The worst customer support ever. No option for a phone call. Emails seem to come form bots and don't answer my questions. I had to quit using them, after several years, due to my frustrations. They could have kept my business with a five-minute phone call.

😠 Started out with XO who sold to Verizon who sold to Digital Space. OMG these guys suck. There is NO customer service. NO tech support. Steer clear of this company at all costs.

😠 Customer service has been cold and unempathetic. They have not acknowledged how I have felt about my issue:
I stopped managing the site because of various reasons and my email account lapsed. I did not get the renewal reminder consequently. My mistake and I accepted that but asked them to show common sense and goodwill and allow me to cancel and get a pro-rata'd refund. In return they simply sent an email with a parapgraph from the contract. Not even a "sorry we can't help you out".
A request to be contacted by the CEO was curtly dismissed "he is fully aware of your situation...have a good day" and wasn't even signed by the support person.
I am lodging a formal complaint to the OHIO AG's office and would never advocate this company.

😠 I have had numerous sites hosted with DigitalSpace.net for many years. Unfortunately the original owners sold out to Jumpline a couple years ago and their hosting and service has degraded into an ugly steaming pile of dung.
I finally got my sites away from them, but it took about a week to move four sites with eight databases. They were not the least bit helpful and it took around a day or more to get responses to support tickets. They claim to have 24/7/365 tech support, but that hardly seems remotely true. Their phone support is only open M-F during business hours and I waited around 45min to reach a live person, who couldn't actually help me.
They've jacked up their rates without providing anything worthy of your money. All they provided is more space, which most people won't need, rather than introduce an intermediate hosting option. Obviously they're controlled by greed and not trying to maintain a happy, loyal relationship with customers.

😠 This company does not value customer service nor listen to their customers voices. I've complained many times since they were purchased even through snail mail to no avail. They don't actually READ your support tickets more like scan them for a general idea and send you a general response. They value closing tickets quickly than actually resolving any problems that may actually be listed there. Shell accounts are the most limited I've ever seen not even allowing chmod or tar.
If you value customer service stay away from this place.
