I have had numerous sites hosted with DigitalSpace.net for many years. Unfortunately the original owners sold out to Jumpline a couple years ago and their hosting and service has degraded into an ugly steaming pile of dung.
I finally got my sites away from them, but it took about a week to move four sites with eight databases. They were not the least bit helpful and it took around a day or more to get responses to support tickets. They claim to have 24/7/365 tech support, but that hardly seems remotely true. Their phone support is only open M-F during business hours and I waited around 45min to reach a live person, who couldn't actually help me.
They've jacked up their rates without providing anything worthy of your money. All they provided is more space, which most people won't need, rather than introduce an intermediate hosting option. Obviously they're controlled by greed and not trying to maintain a happy, loyal relationship with customers.
