😠 The worst nightmare. Horrible customer service, horrible communications, aggrevating and dangerous for your business because they have NO spam filters. Emails fill up quickly and getting direction on how to clear webmail on their new platform is nothing short of begging.

😠 Worst Hosting I have ever experienced. After years hosting a VPS with them for $50/month, my credit card expired and I did not notice. Instead of sending me a noice, they shut down my VPS with all our websites, including one that was a charity. These low class cheap pieces of crap shut them down at 11:30 at night, so after I updated my credit card, the websites are still down. Their service is poor, never answering the phones. After years of using them, for a lousy $50, they shut our websites down with out any notice, but they were able to send us a message that they shut it down. Then I find out, that they are not in the US which they pretend to be. Bad Service. Bad Billing practices and mediocre support. They act like a 1 man operation.

😠 very poor customer service – i agreed in advance that i only wanted to try the site for 1 month and to come back and host when i was ready. told them of my intentions and i thought all was well.
the month ended now they want two more payments because they are holding me to their terms and conditions rather than what was agreed when i contatced them.
if you prefer to host somewhere where the customer relations are good and agreements kept go elsewhere "
