Zdaniem pracowników procedura wyłączenia i skasowania wszystkich danych to standardowe i prawidłowe załatwienie takiego typu sprawy.

cyber_Folks is a Polish hosting provider with roots going back to the late 1990s, when the team started as the MSERWIS / Domeny.tv operation focused on domain registration and shared hosting. Over time the business evolved into one of the larger hosting brands on the Polish market, now operating under the cyber_Folks name and serving hundreds of thousands of domains and hosting accounts.
H88 S.A., rebranded as cyber_Folks S.A. in 2019 and has made several acquisitions as part of its strategy to build a leading e-commerce technology group in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Their positioning is very clear: they specialize in domains, shared hosting, managed WordPress and e-commerce hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, wrapped in an education-heavy ecosystem of blogs, webinars, free courses and tools for small businesses and developers. The main site is in Polish, with additional brand sites for international and Romanian customers, but the core portfolio is consistent: fast infrastructure, automation, and a strong emphasis on support quality.
For classic shared hosting they offer a line of plans under names like cyber_START!, cyber_RUN!, cyber_SPRINT! and cyber_JUMP!, targeting everyone from students to agencies. These packages run on LiteSpeed web servers with SSD-cached storage, HTTP/3, current PHP versions and built-in LiteSpeed Cache, plus an AI assistant and security stack that includes daily backups (kept for up to 28 days) and multi-layer WAF filtering. Higher tiers add effectively unlimited transfer and large storage allocations, so a single account can host multiple projects without quickly hitting resource ceilings.
Hosting is further specialized for popular platforms. There are dedicated plans for WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop, each tuned for its respective application. WordPress hosting emphasises performance and stability, while WooCommerce hosting adds frequent backups (every four hours for stores) and marketing-oriented tooling, and PrestaShop hosting focuses on fast page loads for larger product catalogues. These products come with one-click install options, free migration help and tight integration with cyber_Folks’ own security and monitoring tools.
Beyond shared hosting, cyber_Folks runs a fairly complete server portfolio. VPS servers are available as root servers (self-managed) or fully managed machines, with variants that come pre-configured for Windows, Docker or workflow-automation platform n8n. Managed VPS plans are delivered with a ready-to-use DirectAdmin panel, mail and web stack, 1 Gbps port, at least one IPv4 address and monitoring operated by the provider’s administrators. Dedicated servers follow the same pattern: root servers for customers who want full control, and managed servers that include an admin panel, monitoring and infrastructure management for those who prefer to offload day-to-day operations.
On the service side, domains and SSL certificates are a core pillar of the business. cyber_Folks sells a wide range of gTLDs and country-code domains with DNS Anycast protection, plus SSL certificates from several major CAs (DV, OV, EV) and its own branded cyber_SSL products. DNS is backed by three geographically separated DNS servers in different data centers, and domain tools include DNS Anycast, DNS management, and a _rank position-monitoring tool for SEO.
The ecosystem around core hosting is unusually broad for a regional provider. There is an AI-assisted website builder (_now), a marketplace of external experts (_partners), WP_assist management services for WordPress, SEO and marketing services, and integrations with Shoper, MailerLite and other platforms. Together, this positions cyber_Folks less as a simple web host and more as a one-stop shop for small businesses that want to set up a site, an online store and email marketing with one vendor.
💰 Price & Cost
cyber_Folks prices almost everything in Polish zloty (PLN) and targets the local market first. The shared hosting line is promoted with strong introductory discounts for the first three months: the entry-level cyber_START! plan is priced at under 40 PLN for the initial quarter, with renewals at a higher but still mid-range level, and subsequent plans scale up in storage, email and database limits while keeping unlimited transfer on most non-starter tiers. WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop hosting follow a similar structure, with promotional pricing in the first billing period and higher standard rates afterwards; the promos are clearly labelled and regular prices are visible so one can estimate long-term cost.
VPS and dedicated servers are positioned for customers who outgrow shared hosting. VPS plans are tiered primarily by vCPU, RAM and NVMe storage, with the option to pay extra for managed administration and control panels such as DirectAdmin. Dedicated servers have custom configurations and pricing matched to CPU class, memory and disk arrays; here the expectation is that clients discuss specific needs with sales rather than selecting a purely off-the-shelf package.
Two important risk-mitigation mechanisms stand out. First, customers can start hosting with a 14-day free test period: when launching a hosting package, one can test it for up to two weeks without paying; only if satisfied does the client proceed to payment. Second, at least some e-commerce hosting offers a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee, where a customer who changes their mind within two weeks can get a refund for the hosting fee without needing to justify the decision.
SSL certificates are sold separately (unless bundled in specific promos), with clear annual prices and, for many products, an indication of the guarantee amount provided by the issuing CA. The company also runs recurring promotions and discount codes; some third-party sites track these, but the main pricing logic remains visible directly on cyber_Folks product pages.
Payment itself is handled through the client panel with Polish invoices and VAT; details such as exact payment methods (cards, quick transfers, etc.) sit inside the ordering flow, but the structure is typical for a Polish online hosting provider.
🏢 Data Center
cyber_Folks operates its infrastructure in Polish data centers, with the company’s registered office in Poznań and part of the hardware placed in modern facilities such as Netia Data Center Soul in Kraków. Their content and blog highlight key data center concepts (separate server rooms, redundant power, environmental controls) and explicitly note that some resources are being moved into large, professionally managed centers to improve resilience.
For shared and WordPress hosting, the company uses high-performance hardware and careful separation of production and backup locations. Websites are hosted on servers using SSD-cached storage, LiteSpeed, HTTP/3 and current PHP versions, while daily backups of WordPress sites are stored in a different data center, roughly 500 km away in a straight line, to protect against local incidents.
Network and platform reliability are addressed at several layers. For managed dedicated servers, cyber_Folks describes redundancy in both hardware (e.g., dual power supplies in servers) and facility infrastructure: data centers have dual power feeds, so maintenance or failure on one path is not supposed to cause downtime. Administrator monitoring is continuous, with alerts from their data center systems and monitoring graphs exposed to customers in the client panel.
On the DNS side, they use three independent DNS servers located in different data centers, ensuring that even a catastrophic failure in one location does not break domain resolution. Additional DNS Anycast protection spreads authoritative DNS across servers on six continents, increasing both resilience and latency performance for visitors from abroad.
Instead of marketing a simple "99.9% uptime" claim on the homepage, cyber_Folks publishes a dedicated Service Level Agreement (SLA) document that governs the quality and availability of hosting services. This SLA defines what parts of the infrastructure are covered (internet connectivity, power, server hardware, operating system, basic hosting services) and under what circumstances incidents fall within the guarantee, which is a more formal approach than many low-cost hosts offer, although the precise percentage thresholds are buried in the legal text rather than highlighted in marketing copy.
✍️ Customer Support
Customer service is a core part of cyber_Folks’ positioning. They explicitly state that many customers move to them not only for better performance but also for better support, backed by thousands of positive reviews.
Support is available via phone, email, chat and ticketing through the client panel. The contact section indicates extended working hours rather than a minimal office schedule: phone and email support operate every day, with technical help available from morning until late evening, and online chat accessible directly from the site. Dedicated and managed server customers benefit from additional monitoring and administrator intervention when alerts are triggered.
On top of direct help, cyber_Folks invests heavily in self-service education. The Help center (Pomoc) contains a large knowledge base covering hosting, DNS, email, WordPress, security and control panels. There are regular blog posts, e-books, webinars and even a free multi-lesson WordPress course, all aimed at helping non-experts become more self-sufficient. WP_assist, a paid WordPress management service, adds another layer of premium, hands-on assistance for those who want someone to handle updates, security and performance optimization.
A relatively distinctive element is the combination of human support with an in-house AI assistant (robo_Folks), used for tasks such as email setup and SEO hints. While that should not be viewed as a replacement for proper support, it’s an interesting attempt to reduce friction for common, repetitive actions.
🔨 Control Panel
For day-to-day management of hosting, cyber_Folks uses a combination of an in-house Client Panel and industry-standard hosting control panels. Shared hosting accounts are typically managed through DirectAdmin, which handles domains, email accounts, databases, backups and PHP configuration. Knowledge base articles walk users step-by-step through logging into DirectAdmin from the client panel and using it to create mailboxes, manage FTP accounts and perform full account backups.
Some older or specialised services also reference additional panels such as WebAs or server_Panel, but the direction of travel is towards DirectAdmin as the common interface for shared hosting and managed VPS. For managed VPS servers, DirectAdmin is explicitly included and configured by the provider, giving a consistent experience when upgrading from shared hosting to a more powerful machine.
The platform also makes use of auto-installer tooling (e.g., Installatron) integrated with these panels for one-click installation of WordPress and other popular applications, along with webmail access and self-service SSL deployment where supported.
🎯 Conclusion
cyber_Folks stands out as a Polish-centric, performance-oriented hosting provider with a strong educational and service culture. The combination of LiteSpeed-based shared hosting, specialised WordPress and e-commerce plans, and a reasonably complete VPS/dedicated portfolio makes them suitable for everyone from a first personal site to more demanding online stores and SaaS projects. Daily off-site backups, multi-layer WAF, DNS Anycast and a formal SLA all point to a serious approach to reliability and security, and the 14-day free test combined with a short money-back window reduces the financial risk of trying the service.Potential downsides depend on expectations. Pricing can be somewhat complex because of promotional three-month periods versus higher renewal rates, and truly global compute locations are not the focus – the infrastructure is primarily based in Polish data centers, albeit with globally distributed DNS. Customers who demand a very specific public uptime percentage or instant 24/7 telephone support might find the information less explicit than with some international enterprise-focused hosts.
Overall, cyber_Folks is a credible option for individuals, agencies and SMEs that want a locally focused, feature-rich hosting provider with strong WordPress and e-commerce capabilities, backed by extensive documentation and support that goes beyond the bare minimum.

😠 The good company FutureHost was bought by some other company and renamed CyberFolks. During the transition to the new name, all their reminder emails ended up going to spam on gmail. It caused me to loose ownership of my domain. I learned form communicating with their reps that they knew very well about the problem of their emails being flagged as spam by google but did nothing to warn their customers the may miss crucial communication from them. They also said they would have warned me with a sms message BUT my mobile number is from another country! So they just let my long time owned domain be bought by someone else.
