😠 Zdecydowanie odradzam ta pseudo firme, ktora olewa swoich klientow i nie zapewnia nawet w najmniejszym stopniu tego co ma w swojej ofercie. Bedac ich klientem od wsparcia technicznego nie mozesz liczyc doslownie na nic, a kazda wyslana wiadomosc do nich jest zignorowana, albo zadaja glupie pytania na odbicie pileczki. 😠 My experience with this hosting service's support was beyond disappointing. Not only were their responses slow and unhelpful, but they also attempted to exploit our situation for extra money. When our processor malfunctioned, instead of offering assistance, they tried to upsell additional services, showing a complete lack of empathy. It was a frustrating and unpleasant ordeal dealing with them. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your hosting needs.

😠 Dealing with the support of this hosting service was an absolute nightmare. Not only were their staff completely incompetent, but they were also rude and unhelpful. Instead of resolving our long-standing issue, they managed to exacerbate it further. Communication was chaotic, and responses were either half-hearted or entirely nonsensical. To make matters worse, our support tickets often went unanswered for days, leaving us stranded with unresolved problems. It was a colossal waste of time and money. From the get-go, we encountered issues with our website, and attempts to seek assistance from their support felt like navigating through a labyrinth full of traps. 😠 I have a server in another company and I am constantly attacked from their ip addresses, I have sent relevant messages informing about the problem and asking for their solution but no one even responds. Avoid wide unless you like to get angry when you get a server after being abused by a previous customer.

😃 It's okay, I cannot complain about working of the server (I had it for 2 months for my inside project). The only think is that they do not have Windows OS license, in my opinion they should. You can install it yourself but it takes time. At least they contact fast with you, so every issue is handled smoothly.
