OneProvider is a Canadian infrastructure consolidator for customers who need servers in many countries but do not want separate contracts, panels, invoices, and support relationships with numerous local suppliers. The brand operates under BrainStorm Network Inc. from Laval, Quebec, Canada. The business entered hosting in 2005 with game servers, although the dedicated OneProvider LinkedIn profile lists 2012 for the present brand. Charles-R. Paquet is the founder and CEO, and business profiles place the organization in the 11–50 employee range.

Its key advantage is consolidation. More than 80 upstream suppliers and over 100 data-center relationships feed a single ordering, billing, support, and fleet-management environment. The current dedicated catalog covers 146 locations across North America, Europe, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Some company sections still refer to 143 or more than 145 locations, so not every page has been updated to the same count (32 locations were in May 2020 and 68 locations In Oct. 2025). Either way, the reach is exceptional for one account. The corresponding compromise is that hardware, provisioning time, network rules, available add-ons, and service levels vary substantially by market.

Dedicated Servers form the largest product group. Inventory runs from older low-cost Intel Atom and Xeon equipment to current AMD EPYC systems, storage nodes, GPU servers, and machines with committed bandwidth. Advanced filtering covers continent, city, processor, memory, drive type and capacity, port speed, traffic model, IPv6, GPU, SLA tier, and stock. A private network usually requires two or more servers. Availability and pricing must be confirmed for the exact machine because features offered in one city or product family do not automatically carry over to another.

Every dedicated and virtual server is unmanaged. OneProvider deals with the physical server, network, billing, disputes, cancellation, and reboot requests, while the customer handles operating-system maintenance, application installation, security, software troubleshooting, and data protection. This division works well for administrators, developers, infrastructure teams, and hosting resellers, but it is unsuitable for a beginner expecting managed web hosting. Linux normally adds no operating-system fee. Windows has a license charge, and optional administration panels can involve separate license costs or customer-supplied licenses.

OneCloud is the KVM virtual-server platform and uses hourly billing. General Purpose instances pair NVMe storage with resources suited to websites, development, testing, and ordinary applications. High Performance uses Intel enterprise or AMD EPYC processors with enterprise NVMe for more demanding compute. Storage combines redundant NVMe, AMD EPYC processing, and 10 Gbps connectivity for storage-heavy workloads. The live pricing matrix lists General Purpose availability in 69 locations, High Performance in 37, and Storage in two. An overview refers to up to 68 cloud locations, while older FAQ and OnePanel text still says 30; the current ordering matrix is consequently the safest guide to actual deployability.

Cloud features include IPv6, server images, additional storage, SSH keys, VNC, adjustable boot order, traffic graphs, location changes, and in-panel resizing. Templates cover Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, SUSE, and Scientific Linux. Customers can also request a custom ISO when the required image is absent. Ready-made application choices include WordPress, Drupal, Docker, GitLab, LAMP, LEMP, Node.js, OpenVPN, ownCloud, Webmin, Webuzo, Ruby on Rails, and Minecraft. One extra IP address can be added to each OneCloud instance.

Colocation is also available internationally, but it has no uniform public rate card or single specification. A useful quote requires the city, rack-unit or cabinet needs, power, bandwidth, addressing, and remote-hands expectations. Because OneProvider aggregates facilities, the contract should identify precisely what is included at the requested site.

The Reseller Program begins after a customer holds five active servers in the same location or region. Approval brings an initial 5% discount on new orders there, with larger rebates possible as volume increases. Sub-user permissions, consolidated billing, inventory exports, and the API make the model practical for resellers and managed-service companies that want to build their own customer interface.

The website is available in English and French, with USD, CAD, and EUR display currencies. It is modern and searchable, although a catalog containing hundreds of combinations can feel dense. Location search, comparison, wishlist, and detailed filters reduce that complexity. Buyers still need to read the final configuration carefully. A listing may use geolocation, meaning the IP maps to the requested city while the hardware resides somewhere else, and the terms allow a server to be placed near the named city within the same country. Support can identify the physical facility before an order is placed.
