📅 July 16, 2004 - Nine Systems (ninesystems.com) has been selected again as the exclusive streaming provider for golf's 2004 British Open Championship to provide streaming audio and video from the official tournament Web site.

The company will collaborate with TWIinteractive, producers and hosts of the site as the Internet partner of The Royal & Ancient Golf Club, organizers of The Open Championship.
All the action of golf's top players will be streamed daily to golf fans worldwide via Nine System's streaming media management and distribution platform, Stream OST. The streamed content will include video highlights of the day, player interviews and streaming radio of course action as it takes place.
The 133rd annual tournament will be held at the historic Royal Troon Golf Club from July 15 to 18, 2004, as top ranked players like Vijay Singh, Tiger Woods and last year's winner, Ben Curtis, compete in one of golf's most prestigious tournaments.
