📅 - Web-based hiring management solutions provider iCIMS (icims.com) announced on Tuesday it has signed an agreement with AT&T (att.com) to upgrade and outsource its data center operations. According to the agreement, all of iCIMS' solutions, including its iRecruiter Hiring Management Solution, will be hosted at AT&T's New Jersey Internet data center.
AT&T will provide round-the-clock management and monitoring of the operations, ensuring that iCIMS maintains its current system availability of 99.9965 percent.
"We see this move as an incredible added benefit to our customers' existing iCIMS services and a way to provide additional peace-of-mind for the security, integrity, and hosting of their business-critical data," says Colin Day, president and CEO of iCIMS.
AT&T says its facility improves iCIMS redundancy and disaster recovery plans through such benefits as multiple OC48 Internet connections with redundancy through multiple distinct cities, cooling units with N+1 redundancy, electrical distribution systems with 2N redundancy, fire prevention systems with VESDA smoke detection and comprehensive security systems.
