The updated tool automatically creates Google Sitemaps to make sites more accessible to the popular search engine, and includes a keyword density analyzer to make sites more search friendly in general.
"Creating search friendly Web sites does not have to be difficult", says Sam Elsamman, CEO of siteMagix. "A big part of it is writing good copy that emphasizes the keywords you expect users to search on and our keyword density analyzer makes this easy. Helping search engines help you by telling them about your Web pages is also key; Google has created a standard for this called Sitemaps. Creating a Sitemap is beyond the skill sets of most users so we just do it for them."
The company says the new tool is designed to enable Web hosting companies to offer a private label solution for both novice and advanced hosting customers. The tool runs on Linux-based servers and integrates with popular Web hosting control panels.
The new version also includes an open template architecture, the encryption of email links to prevent harvesting by spammers, a revamped user interface that can be configured by the hosting company and a savable demo that lets prospective customers try before buying.
