📅 - GoDaddy has announced Wednesday that Apple Pay will be available to GoDaddy merchants. Now GoDaddy Online Store merchants with Stripe credit card payments can offer Apple Pay without any additional fees.
Cristina Cordova, Head of Business Development at Stripe said that competitors that have been offering Apple Pay have seen much higher conversion rates. Apple Pay provides end-to-end encryption to ensure customers privacy and simple tap payment.
60 percent of GoDaddy website traffic was from mobile devices. Greg Goldfarb, Vice President of Commerce and Email Marketing, said recently, “Mobile shopping is driving e-commerce activity. Simplifying the consumer purchase experience with things like Apple Pay is a big advantage for small businesses.”

The information taken includes email addresses, passwords, telephone numbers, birth dates, security questions, names and even back up email addresses.
