😠 Horrible company
1) They claim "24/7" phone support on their website. All calls go to voicemail. They do not return calls. Later, I've been told they do not answer phone calls and I should use the ticket system
2) They do reply to tickets. As unhelpful and rude as they can.
3) I am on the "business" plan. Yet, I am not allowed to store as much as ONE recent backup on their server.
4) When there was a technical problem caused by them, they restored an ancient backup without my permission and deleted several posts and pages - the work of days.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. RUN.

You will see more reviews like this in the future. From the older positive reviews, I figure this was a good company at one point.

I joined them because there were all the signs of good hosting with them, one, 247-host.com have servers with one of the top class data center ie the planet in USA. That counts a lot as it means server quality,speed and uptime. Data center is just one aspect,the other reason was that they were authenticated by many top of the line hosting rating sites , ie 247-host.com has been awarded by many of the wold's best hosting review companies. Then when I saw the site, I could find the chat, phone, email and ticketing system support working and that was another very important thing for me and I believe for any web hosting customer. Last the price was decent. Ever since I joined them, I think I made a good choice. Its all about having good server, good data center, decent configuration and timely support and 247-host.com has never let me down so far.

I found 247-host.com in one of the Canadian web hosting forums. General impression I had about hosting is that the cheapest web hosting providers are not best hosting providers as well. Yet when I could find adequate means of customer support in terms of phone support, on line chat services and a support ticketing system integrated I decided to go ahead with 247-host.com.

247-host is affordable web host out there , with uptime over 99%.
Response to technical support issues and the general attitude towards dealing customers is good with 247-host.

Their email and web servers, have never given me trouble. billing is reliable, prices are super cheap and their service and attention to details in just wonderful. 😃 Cpanel, file manager, unlimited email accounts, mysql, and bolg, image library, forum script and many other free of cost scripts, all there with this hosting in the hosting panel I got. Above it, a swift billing mechanism, efficient ticketing system and recently online web development tools. I think over and above these things, the most important element in up time, the most required thing.
I did not have very many support issues, however, whatever little I had, the average response time with me has been around 2 hours.
All put together, its my recommended host.

247-host has exceeded my expectations with customer care service, not once but each time I contacted them. The way I started hosting with the 247-host: I was learner type, searching for the cheap and reliable webhosting company for my website. I’m new with 247 hosts. They first looked to me as good, but later I realized that they are actually more than that, they are actually excellent in web hosting services in Canada. I found them best of the companies on internet due to some positive signs, mainly the reviews of their customers about them. I searched in google and found people talking good about them. So I visited the website. I talked to them, I had a chat. All these things made me feel easy. It is the best hosting company on the internet I have come across. They are providing plenty of disk space, best hosting panel, web builder, servers in different countries, good uptime, low price structure and above these and most important thing, good support staff. I ran in couple of issues, with images not showing up and emails bouncing back. It was resolved as quickly by 247-host staff as it came. A good company which is to stay.

😃 The main thing which i like about 247-host is that they are providing the extensive storage space in each of their package, and a wide range of domain name extensions. To start with 247-host have a smart and easy to navigate website of their own. I found during my web hosting with them that their team has knowledge of everything pertaining to issue we come across on cpanel. Uptime is good, at least in my case, the server never went down till now. So every thing seems at correct place and I found it ok to recommend them to my friends.

😃 I find that 247-host is penetrating the market as they are offering the featured filled packages including free scripts with automated installer for these scripts, ticketing, billing, web builder and many plugins of Cpanel related to speed and security. Their price is the cheapest and well worth it for the customer service. They are also providing the Multiple Payment Options. Their support and billing system is as fast from others. That is why 247-host is taking market share with each passing day. I would recommend them here for the ones looking for decent host in low budget.

😁 I’m very pleased and satisfied from the service of 247-host, they are providing their best as per their promise to their clients. I do not have to wait long for their response, whether it was Saturday, Sunday or a midnight time. I didn't have any downtime of my website which is big plus. Their live chat support is a good as its available when I need it. I can see this term in full effect when I am hosting with 247-host. 247 rocks, because, I never had downtime in my hosted sites, don't have to worry about disc space or bandwidth, fast connections and on the fly costumer support. Server stability has been exceptional and content loading very fast. My experience with 247-host has been very positive.
Although pricing is affordable, and on top of it, low price here certainly doesn't reflect a reduced quality. I've used several web hosts in the past 8 years and none have come close to the professionalism and quality of service of my hosting now.

I always thought windows hosting is the only hosting which can suite people who have windows installed on their PCs. So I started with my WordPress with a windows package of 247-host. I stuck with it for a while, but after discussing with support, we switched to the Linux. Things settled quick! I think word press is more suited for linux the for .net hosting.

I've had couple of downtimes with 247-host, on both occasions, it was fixed fairly rapidly. Props for their staff for helping me setup my contact form, i was tearing my hair out!
Wordpress, No problems, Joomla, going excellent. It going well with them. No day to day issues.
The leading edge to this Company is provide to it by its support. Throw them in trouble and they would swim across with ease. In my web hosting with them, I also learned that the hosting panel which they use is very good one and they have learned it well to make users understand pros and cons of things which we have to do every day. After spending some time with 247-host, I realize that its not right to say that only expensive companies can be good companies and one does not get good things in low cost. Its a good hosting service provider in my opinion cause it has a very good prices for the services that they offer and I like their features particularly cpanel which allows all kind of users to manage it without knowing technical issues. I also like the way the have billing and domain details in my admin panel.
Other good thing is the ftp speed and uptime of my website, its practically 100%, though they claim 99%. I don’t know how their support service works because I never needed it. 1) Support: I think we pay to web hosting companies to help us when we need it.
2) Uptime: No use paying, or having website it its not up most of the times.

After seeing the website and response time to my initial inquiries, my opinion was that 247-host is a good company. I started with them and everything is as easy as they promised. The other hosting company having my sites was changing terms of payment every now and than, and though the service with them (old hosting company) was good, I felt a need to have a back up plan. The decision was correct, majority of support issues I refer to them are answered within 10-15 minutes! 247-host seems to have in-house team to manage server and looks like the team is knowledgeable. The initial few response, like, time to setup, time to reply support ticket, swift payments, speedy refund, Put all these together and it becomes a service which one can review.. Amazingly I have read reviews where the website owner hosts with a company for 2 years and than comes up with a negative review on one of the events. When you host for more time like one year, how it can be negative reviews on it, why the site owner keeps hosting with the company?

😁 I have worked with several web hosting companies as an administrator and their web hosting service is by far some of the best starting from speed of setup, the billing, response to technical support issues and the general attitude towards dealing customers. I have never had a billing issue with them, and their technical support rarely takes more than an hour to get a reply, and rarely takes long to solve the issue. 😁 We feel that 247-host.com really take care and appreciate clients; this may sound strange, but it is what we feel. Is a lot cheaper in comparison with other hosting sellers, but it is very difficult to find such support elsewhere. Most support teams I have come across just know very little more that “how can I help you” or the script given to them. For us this is the main reason to stay with them. One of the best things from 247-host is the impressive, fast and very professional guaranteed 24/7 support - We have never wait for more that 10 minutes for a response. This is true!!! and the best thing is that the support team really knows about everything related with your hosting (sales, billing, tech) and give always the right answer, you don’t have to explain more than once!!! I transferred Domain from my old host, there were few issue but after a ticket or two everything was fixed. We talked on the phone about some options to better suit my needs. Everything went smooth on the transfer besides the mySQL server was a diffrent version so none of my site worked. Overall I have to say 247-host is the BEST, is helping me and I would recommended his services to my friends due to dedication in helping the customers. We are hosting till all kind of files with PHP scripts in combination with MySql, offering audio streaming, podcast and downloading. We are also using some Perl scripts. 😁 I have been hosting with 247-host.com and none of the issues that others may have professed to have. I have contacted customers support a couple times and as with most support places it could be better, but all my problems were resolved in a timely manner.
I would not recommend using 247-host.com for domain hosting if I was not satisfied. Also I have read some comments that the website is hosted with them for one year and the review is negative. When you host for one year, how can it be negative, else you should have left after first month and if the issue in the service has arisen for a while, how can one ignore previous 12 months. So I don’t know how people review. If you want a good experience with a shared hosting plan and you have a couple domains that you want to keep around for awhile you can't beat the price and the uptime has been great (my sites have not been down).

That’s how I started my hosting with this company. The price is ok, does not seem to be a burden paying 2-3 dollar a month when rest of the things work ok. With usual Cpanel’s as well linux server’s stability, they have configured servers well to attain speed as well as security. It’s a pleasant surprise that there is not any noticeable downtime. We have not had any problems with the mysql server since we moved to them about 6 months back. 247-host despite offering one of the lowest cost in web hosting business, maintains a very high standard of customer support where a friendly atmosphere is the norm. Looking at the prices being offered by 247-host, I would always wonder if their products will work out for you or not - especially since everyone expects uptime. Its generally accepted that only expensive hosting company can deliver and there are obvious logic in it. However, it seems this logic is not always true. After seeing the website and response time to my initial inquiries, my intuition was that this 247-host is a good company. I gave it a go and am here to say that everything is as easy as they promise. I am not a web hosting kid, know a bit of things on it and had asked them a lot (for example SSH Access) and their replies were always fast and professional. Within minutes you receive a reply from them and if there was an issue, they were there to help you.
The only downside is random downtime for a few minutes, but this could be DNS zones reloading if someone adds a new domain name or parked domain. However, for a price like this no one will complain.

Don’t remember to have any problems and my site has been up and stable since I first uploaded it. The unlimited subdomains and MYSQL db's are great and customer support is impeccable. Oh Yes, once my site was hacked and I was just not knowing what will happen now, I contacted support staff of 247-host and they immediately restored a back up of my website which restored my hosting for me. Starting with my online business, all I was concerned was the cheapest possible deal and as far I could search the net, there was no comparison with costs vs features of 247-host. I also chose them by asking others what host they had the best experience with and after reading reviews about 247-host.com. I've never noticed a single problem to complain with 247-host. Any time I have requested help from support they have been quick to respond.
To attain success in internet based work or business one need to make sure that it remains up all the time that its accessible to people on the timings they want to access it. Also one would like to have little or no problems coming up in his way from web hosting part of it. The fact that I have no complaints, is what I think says the most. Having a good host saves you from all of the stresses a poor host causes. Piece of mind is the most important thing that you can buy.

😁 Believe me or not, every one wants cheapest web hosting and also every one wants more space and bandwidth and everything else at lowest possible costs. To be honest, I also have same approach and signed up with 247-hostc mainly because I needed cheap hosting services, and they are offering lowest cost, at least what I could find.
And look what I got; plenty of space and bandwidth (no worries), unlimited email accounts, a control panel that gives me a great list of options including a whole array of chat rooms, guest books, and a phpBB message board and what not (ha ha ha). I don’t think I need many of these things, but, IF I need it any time, its good these are there. I don’t have experience of other hosting companies, as I don’t need to have it! I do not need to know any hosting company now, that I have a reliable web hosting service provider at a very low cost and top of the line technical support. Pleasure hosting really.

😁 For $2.99 I get everything I can think of i.e. a cpanel, a file manager, unlimited email accounts, mysql, and bolg, image library, forum script and many other free of cost scripts. They have a swift billing mechanism, efficient ticketing system and recently they have added online web development tools. Multiplicity of support mechanism ranging from phone, chat, email to ticketing system. I think over and above these things, the most important element in uptime, nothing is more important than this.
Though I did not have very many support issues, the average response time with me has been around 4 hours. I think these are the reasons that they have rated highly by Findmyhost.com, ratemyhost.com, hostreview.com, and webhostdir.com which is a hard distinction for a web hosting company and I like cpanel. Its my recommended host.

😃 My review is not based upon one domain or period of few weeks. I host several sites with 247-host.com and for over 2 years, have never had a problem. Every once in a blue moon the sites might go down for a few minutes to a half hour but that's normal for any host. I can't remember ever having a site go offline for more than an hour. 247-host’s control panel is great, I can find everything I need, when I need it. The control panel and shopping cart/checkout screen is not caked with advertisements and cross sells/up sells. Technical support has been great, never had a problem. Rarely ever needed technical support. Other hosts I've used, I rarely use them for anything and when I do I am constantly frustrated due to their incompetent control panel. When my bill became due in 2010, I told them to go away and why.

Now, they are billing me again, probably (a) figuring that I'd pay automatically or (b) because their system is screwed up.

😁 Since my inception with 247 host only once there was a maintenance related announced down except that case the server was doing really good. I never had a server load issue on shared hosting plans causing slow or sluggishness. This hosting proved to be a reliable and stable server.
The best thing I like about 247 is their Control Panel ( Cpanel ), its really cool and its very helpful and easier for me to set up a blog adding to my site. The only thing which I don't like is their chat support had long queue when I tried to know about their newly added features and had to clarify some technical details. Overall, than these things I can give a big plus to them in relating to the hosting factors. Most importantly they have good number of Uptime records for my site.

After paying for a year on a reseller plan (by the way in which, subscribing for a year seems to be a big mistake when it comes to internet hosting), all my websites and my customer web sites have been working simply fine. After a month, web sites begin to go down for a few hours, principally for server automated processes like auto FSCK (forced into a kernal panic mode), file checks on servers and sort of maintenance processes.
In time things start to get worse and kind of messages from tech support like *there was an error on this server and we had to do an OS reboot* begin to annoy my clients. Plus ”help” service begin to grow to be as much as in-existent. Sometimes answers to any questions and queries arrive after 12 to 24 hours, as an alternative of minutes (correctly on a good hosting company).

I have been told that the cPanel Linux VPS hosting is pretty expensive compared to some of the other services. I guess it is worth it, though. I get all of the server space that I need to run a competitive site. When I first chose the Virtual Private Server hosting from 247-host, I wasn't sure where it would take my website. As they say, there is no reward without taking a risk, though. After a year, I can look back and say that I'm happy with the decision that I made.

😁 I was surprised to find 247-host.com rated poor at some of the revierws. May be because my usage is very basic and has very little traffic, I really have no complaints about the company. My family web-site with 247-host.com moved once and I was properly informed via email, before and after the move of the site.
I've encountered some downtime for which again I was informed before hand. Also I had once an issue of file permissions with page throwing error, however, it was fixed in a matter of minutes after I created a support ticket with them.
Honestly, support has been very good Imho! The server is in the USA and seems to have good speed. Pricing and options offered may be one of the best around and I do think they are value for money. Overall it’s a good experience and I would like to continue if things remain like that.

At the very least, a published support line and on-line chat that I've never had to wait for over 5 times on about 10 support calls/requests I've made. Some how I have found their chat support online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. 😁 247-host.com are one good service provider I have come across The way I rate hosting companies is not only that they have lesser downtime but also when they do have the downtime, how do they handle the things. I've had 2 downtimes and both of those were fixed fairly rapidly. The support technician of 247-host know their stuff as well which is a big bonus for us as most of the technical questions we throw at them have revolved around e-commerce solutions etc. Would I choose them again even though they are slightly more pricier than the competition on dedicated servers. They are my recommended host.

I hosted on different shared hosting packages and all packages are excellent value for money and are backed by supreme uptime and speedy and knowledgeable customer service; whenever I have a problem - which is a rare occurrence - or question, a live rep is generally online to help me out instantly. In the cases where one isn't online, I only usually have to wait about half an hour or so before I receive a reply to my e-mail.
Their shared plans afford you a fair amount of space and bandwidth and their policies are such that you could host almost any type of site you wanted with them. All in all, my experience with Host Gator has been an overwhelmingly positive one and I would recommend them to anybody looking to run a small to medium-sized website. You will not be disappointed.

247-Host.com is also very full-featured and provides all the normal requirements for sophisticated websites and related databases & controls. I'm frequently surprised at what is included with even the Basic Plan @ $1.99
The email system that comes with hosting is complete, both web and desktop based. It's important that 247-Host.com is a company that cares about keeping it's mail servers off the spam block-lists so that my mails don't get blocked at the recipient's end. Some other hosting companies don't care or do not have the resources to properly fight spam on their own systems in order to keep their servers off the block-lists.
247-Host.com's support department is full of drunken, retarded chimpanzees that cannot read, but if you don't need support, it's good.

I tried many hosts but Marble Host is the first one which offers not only a lot of bandwidth and web space but also unbelievable uptime. I am 10 months with them and I have never noticed any downtime. When I had a problem with domain transfer they helped me very quickly. I highly recommend 247-Host.com to everybody!

😁 247-Host.com is the best host I've ever used. They excel in customer support. I have had many questions about design issues and they helped me even though it was not included in their hosting plan. They have an outstanding community. The questions get often answered in under an hour.
Their uptime is fantastic, I noticed only 2 minutes downtime last year. When I signed up for 247-Host.com, I thought that was good thing I did. Seriously, they are the best service around, couldn't ask for better.

😠 My site is down more than up. There is practically no support at all. They have machines answer the phone only to tell you to please go put in a support ticket because our techs have no time for talking. Then the support tickets are answered by bots. On a scal4e from 1 - 10, a fair rating for 247 host would be about a 3 at most.

😠 Basically I am new to web hosting industry, but I have tried several hosting sites and in my opinion 247-host is very good. It was very easy to set up my website although the panel is unfamiliar to me. I have had no serious down time yet.
The only problem and their weakness according to me is MySQL database. But this would probably be solved in the near future.
Let me tell you why I think so: It was a week or two ago when I could not connect to the MySQL database and I thought "Oh not again!" Anyway I decided to contact the support and they told me that they are performing an upgrade of their MySQL servers in order not to have any more problems with it. Well for now everything with the databases is working better than ever. I am almost sure that they have fixed the problem.
Their support is friendly and will answer you no matter whether you ask for some simple DNS setting or have serious issue with PHP and they are fast and accurate in their replies. The prices for that service are

I've got 4 different sites hosted on the same account and none have suffered any downtime apart from a pre-notified 30 minute maintenance check. Their customer support is pretty good, open 24/7 and usually very helpful. The one thing I could complain about would be that their online chat operators are sometimes a bit slow to respond. Other than that, I am very satisfied and will continue to remain a customer. I'd recommend 247-host to anyone.

😁 Before I started this business, I'd never created a website, and I didn't know where to start. I was deciding between two web hosting companies when I called 247-Host.com with some questions about getting started. The support I received was all I needed to make a decision to go with 247-Host.com.
Signing up and creating the website were easy, even for a newbie like me. RVSiteBuilder is user-friendly, even for those unfamiliar with HTML. (For those who are proficient, it allows you to edit the HTML.) Incorporating PayPal buttons, adding photos, and so on were easy with the online help and tutorials. I haven't used half of the tools available in my account, so I can't comment on those.
We've had absolutely no problem with downtime or other issues. When I have had questions, whether they've been technical questions or billing questions, I have received prompt and complete replies. I'd recommend 247-Host.com without qualification.

😁 Some how I have got convinced that 247-host.com is one of the best hosts in the business out there. I've been with them for two years now and thus feel that my conviction is supported with some real time experience as well.

Astonishingly, from my first day to date there have not been any moments of frustration or desperation. This is despite the reason that during these years there have been some adjustment to my site needing changed configuration of the server and thus move from one server to another was also involved. There has never been nasty connectivity issues; they actively keep me updated about their progress resolving the issue.

The sales/support staff are a group of friendly, knowledgeable, and anxious to help. I'd recommend this host to anyone.

😁 I hosted with 247-host.com for shared hosting as well as reseller hosting before switching to my own dedicated server few months back.
In my 3 years with them I never felt that web hosting has issues in it as well. It was a total peace of mind, comfortable and smooth going. Now that I run my own dedicated server, I realize that the technicians with 247-host were well versed with server configuration and management. They could reach the issue related to database, security, server load management very quick and resolve it even quicker.
Normally they had been responding in 4 to 8 hours which I think is pretty good if the host has large number of customers to tackle. Technical support in term of response as well as know how has been very good with them.
I still cherish my stay with them.

😁 I am with 247-host from last few months and its going super. Express services including server and support. These people are really keen to do well and resolve issues very promptly. So far server up time is 100%.
I was just looking at some of their data and find that they have servers with theplanet which is a world class facility and 247-host knows how to make use of that. I had few issues to start with related to set up and billing and these were resolve politely and speedily.
Few days back I need extra bandwidth and installation of some scripts. The efficiency of their response amazes me.
On top of all this the costs at 247-host.com are very competitive.
So I am comfortable with 247-host.com and hope it continues. "

😁 2 years back when I considered of running web hosting business, reseller hosting was one of the options in this regards. I was reluctant to take on reseller hosting as I would be sort of defendant. Yet seeing the price structure and resources offered by 247-host.com, I decided to get along with them.
I think I took a right decision. Reseller hosting is such easy with 247-host.com that I actually have to concentrate only on marketing. 247-Host take care of all technical and server related issues.
Their response time is less than 4 hours in most cases and server up time is great. The technician are well aware of linux hosting and I do not remember a support issue of my customer lingering. Working with such professional team is a real pleasure.
Now that I have adequate customer to switch to dedicated server, I still prefer to continue with reseller hosting due to low cost yet efficient services of 247-host.com "

I worked with 247-host.com for many years for my reseller hosting account. Reseller hosting is very sensitive in terms of technical support as the reseller has to rely totally on the parent company having not access to data center or the server. Such has been the response and up time of 247-host.com that I never really felt the need of having going for a dedicated server for a long time.
Their technicians are knowledgeable knowing the cpanel and linux hosting well. 247-host has server with world famous data center at theplanet (USA) and make sure that they have near 100% up time, thats what I experienced with them.
The aspect which made them different from others for me was that they provided assistance in some third party applications as well, which normally hosting companies avoid for obvious reasons.
One the whole I found 247-host.com a group of mature, sensible people, a motivate team who know well about web hosting and customer care.

😠 holy crap, stay away from these guys. most of the positive messages on this forum are canned and obviously from them. ive been with them for 2 months, and my downtime has been horrible. all of a sudden, its taking 30 seconds for the site to resolve correctly and start showing. it times out quite often. this equals a death sentence on the internet.

the support has been absolutely horrible. the quickest response time ive had has been 3 days minimum, even with putting my tickets on "critical". every time ive called them it hits a voicemail, and like someone else said, this is some pet project from a college student.

ive had file user/group permissions errors almost constantly, the site hardly ever loads, and they dont respond quickly at all on customer service. the worst part is, you wait days for a response and its usually an unhelpful comment like "try it now, and let me know". which takes another 3 or 4 days for a response. it would be quicker to learn server setups, hack into

😉 The service started off very well but it keeps getting worse. I was told: "If you want normal / good speed you have to purchase a bigger package!"

Never, I cannot trust them with my small pages and I won't purchase the bigger one. There are better solutions out there. What is an instant chat worth if nothing is happening for 8 DAYS ... this is certainly a down - time that is not acceptable. (And then I had to transfer my own data and found 3rd party data on my own database!!)

They will take your money, service will be great for about 2 months,
and then the servers crash for several days or run very slow.
Their phone is always answered by an answering machine.
This is NOT a real company.
Just a part time business for a graduate student guy named VIC.

Joined 247-host.com after reading lot of things about them here and there. Some people staying with them for a year and saying they are worst with tons of downtime etc(how come the customer stays with a very very bad company for a year).
Also saw the uptime at http://www.webhostingstuff.com/uptime/247Hostcom.html which is a monthly uptime record since 2005 by an independent source, so i went ahead with 247-host.com and I do not think I made a mistake. It has been a decent hosting so far, nothing wrong, not abrupt, its working smooth with me so I find no reason for not recommending them.

😠 NEVER, Never buy a hosting service based on price.
NEVER, Never PREPAY in Advance.
www.247-host.com has cheap prices, and ZIPPO customer service.
When their servers crash, you need help fast!!
This doesn't happen here.
Their Customer Service is always on Vacation, It takes 5-7 days for email replies.
NEVER, Never use a a web host that hides their WHOIS "Contact" info.
Or hides behind Email Tickets - that never get answered.
CALL, Call them - If they don't answer the phone--- move on to the next vendor.
Real Hosting Companies ALWAYS answer the phone during the day.
Do not accept a voice mail recording that states: "all agents are currently busy....".
247-host is run by a graduate Indian student who thinks he's doing you a favor.
People from India have a different type of mind set than Canadians or USA.

Truly hope this review was informative, and saves you grief, and lost business.

I had dealt with numerous other hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions, here I was heard and replied back.

😁 I found 247-host.com in one of the Canadian web hosting forums. General impression I had about hosting is that the cheapest web hosting providers are not best hosting providers as well. Yet when I could find adequate means of customer support in terms of phone support, on line chat services and a support ticketing system integrated I decided to go ahead with 247-host.com.

247-host is affordable web host out there , with uptime over 99%.
Response to technical support issues and the general attitude towards dealing customers is good with 247-host.
I have never had a billing issue with them. I'd refer anyone looking for a reseller account.

😠 I've been using many host services and 247-host is the worst host service, they have high downtime, bad customer support and they suspended my account without any notice. Its money back guarantee is false. I have migrated all my clients to hostgator that is really good. I don't recommend 247-host at all, be careful. my main domain is unegocios.com and is still down :(

I had dealt with numerous other hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions and then refused to offer a suitable answer. After having my fears abated by the sales department I was pleased to find the technical support was just as nice, they were very helpful and I never felt degraded in dealing with them. I do not remember to have any issues related to uptime or lazy customer support or any thing else in my 5 months experience with them.
