We recommend WebHostingBuzz
We experienced no downtime, we are well-supported and we feel our data is well-protected by the company's means.
The price is really low, and this allows us using the host for site with no profit but unlike free hosting providers we might have chosen, WHB creates really stable environment, free from hacking and spam.
Suppose it works fine also at larger accounts so any type of hosting is provided with quality and professional approach.
WebHostingBuzz (est 2002) was started by Safvan Malik. Our grass roots were a simple reseller account of another company started by Safvan in his spare time whilst at University studying Business Management. Fast forward 6 years and we're now a multi-national company hosting over 300,000 websites, hundreds of servers and provide hosting infrastructure to some of the most common destinations on the internet today.
However, since inception, some things remain:
* We're 100% privately held. We have no share holders other than ourselves to answer to. This means we spend the money where it matters - on WebHostingBuzz.
* We're debt free. No loans, no mortgages and cash flow positive. We've had plenty of acquisition offers and the answer has been a flat "NO" each time.

We aim to be outstanding in everything we do both as individuals and as a team. Our constantly evolving ambition is to deliver the best hosting services to you and your websites and we use a no-holes barred approached in achieving this.
While constantly working to deliver the best hosting experience, we also take our economic, environmental and social responsibilities seriously. We were one of the first web hosting companies to "become green"; we regularly sponsor tree planting campaigns in the developing world through our charity partner, The International Tree Foundation. These offsets the carbon dioxide emissions we produce while also creating employment for those stricken by poverty and need.
Teamwork is an important part of our strategy. We are very proud to have one of the most talented and diverse teams around. We are friends inside and outside of work and have a genuine desire to help our clients succeed.
Our Hosting Technology
We operate a number of data centers across North America and in Europe. Each data center we operate from is a Tier IV, carrier neutral data center facility, often known as a "carrier hotel". We maintain private suites or cages within these facilities and our web servers are located within these private suites. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not rent or resell from a larger provider and use our own hardware for our servers and our network. The benefit of this is we are fully in control of all of the hardware and technology we use to deliver our hosting services.
Choice of data center is paramount for any hosting company that wishes to continually deliver high performance and reliable hosting to their client base. We've chosen three geographically diverse facilities to house our infrastructure. Each has been selected on it's own merit after meeting our stringent requirements.
* Each facility features fully redundant infrastructure; internet connectivity, power, internal and human resource (yes, what happens when the sole graveyard shift technician at lesser facilities has flu?)
* All facilities are discreet, unmarked and secure. Data centers are becoming an increasingly popular target for thieves and criminals because of their often invaluable contents.
* None of the facilities are in natural disaster prone areas. Too many of our competitors use data centers in hurricane-prone areas, others even use data centers in areas at great risk from earthquakes.
* All facilities are of a minimum of Tier 3/n+1 redundancy specification (as specified by The Uptime Institute)

Since that time I have never experienced the thing called "downtime" and my questions are answered professionally by the support.
They made a steady impression of the company whoo cares of the clients, and I think my site will be hosted by WHB for the long time.
Highly recommended for eCommerce and other solutions.

Fast and professional hosting will be a great solution for the sites of any size or CMS type, shared resources of great amount and stable service are the greatest advantages might be taken from this host.

Now, after some time I would like to share impressions with the company I am hosting with. The term is short, but really having whb as my hosting partner I am now able to concentrate on the writing instead of learning how to admin sites. The uptime has yet never been bad, i.e. no downtime, 24 hours, as I may see being online almost all the time.
The support assistance is also great. Being a beginner blogger, I know even less of site administration or creation, but tools WHB gives for these purposes could help to create a good site even a complete noob. All questions would be politely, clearly and quickly anhswered by the support team.
Well, hoping my first impression won't get spoiled after some time.

Having been with 5 other hosting services before dealing with this company, I can honestly say they are by far the best!
All packages are excellent value for money and are backed by supreme uptime and speedy and knowledgeable customer service; whenever I have a problem - which is a rare to occur - or question, a live representative is generally online to help me out instantly.
Their support services are prompt and efficient. It provides a wide range of professional facilities, all in generous quantities, and at a fantastic price. This company suits my budget.
These guys really know their stuff and I am glad that I have found this decent company to host my web site.
I did not really do my research (my own fault) but I was recommended to webhostingbuzz by another forum. My first site I set up from scratch at WHB, and it was smooth, no real problems to speak of.
15 days later I moved my one site to WHB. As expected it was set up instantly. I only knew there was a problem when I could not FTP. Come to find out the server WHB assigned me to had just overloaded and they were in the process of rebuilding the raid. After about 5 hours after I transferred my site, FTP was turned back on.
About three weeks later, the same server (which hosted both my sites) overloaded again and my sites were down. Once again, they attempted to fix it and had to rebuild the raid. Two days after that happened myself and other users of my sites could not get to them, as the server kept [read more...]
I was a bit worried when I first signed up because the prices were so incredibly low for the services they were offering, but after reading good reviews and feedbacks about this company I decided to try them.
This company does offer a good range of features, and from first impressions it appears good on bandwidth and disc space. They are always sending message about new and upgraded features they add to the standard packages.
Their support services are prompt and efficient. I'd like to say that I have great network uptime and the connection speed is fast at least by my standards. It provides a wide range of professional facilities, all in generous quantities, and at a fantastic price.
I recommend this host for those who are looking value-for-money webhosting services.
My former hosting provider started to get on my nerves because of the downtime of my web sites, so I decided to change it to another, more stable, one and my friend recommended me webhostingbuzz.
During the time I have been dealing with them, server and network uptime is pretty great. Moreover, I have perfect technical support service and they are usually very quick to answer my questions and solve any problem. I haven't had a second thought or worry about my service since coming to Webhostingbuzz.
I should also mention that the price is really cheap for web hosting plans and I am also really happy with the availability of the features that I can simply install from cPanel control panel.
I highly recommend this host for anyone who wants an inexpensive, easy to user hosting provider.
It happened so that I have been using their services for 3 months and I can say that this company served all my demands .
My web site is always up, that is to consider great network uptime they provide. Their technical support was very helpful when I needed to consult them in order to discuss different technical issues. They have great polite staff and that is why I was pleased to communicate with.
Network uptime is always great and visitors of the site and I are happy with the speed connectivity - we don't wait for hours when the page will be uploaded.

I do not have any problem with them, didn't see any downtime with my site. Their server speed is relatively fast and my visitors don't wait for hours when the page will be uploaded. Their support was also very helpful in the few issues I had. It made me feel great knowing that I could have fast service from reliable host. I have fast speed connectivity and great network uptime.

After 14 months I am moving on. They also DO not offer unconditional 30 day money back in most cases.
There are many other web hosting companies out there that offer more for a comparable price.
The packages offered by Webhostingbuzz looked pretty good, so I decided to take a reseller package. That turned out to be a mistake.
The registration went ok, the welcome email contained errors in the urls for whm and cpanel, but these were easily corrected. After creating a few subaccounts, the sites were all very slow. And in whm I could see that the machine load was huge, and this was an 8 core/8GB machine so what was going on? They said all was fine and ignored my error reports. From time to time I got time outs, connection refused and even internal server errors! I'm not talking about very small php/mysql test sites that did almost nothing.
After submitting tickets and posting in their forums, all I got was the suggestion to upgrade to a virtual private server. They said the reason my sites were slow is because I was on a shared machine(!) Yes, that's why we call it reseller/shared hosting. Obviously [read more...]
Unless you just happen to have 10GB of HTML sitting around you can upload.
That's why they can offer 2TB of space and 20TB of bandwidth. You're not allowed to use it.
I recently received an e-mail from WHB that my account had been terminated because I was violating disk space usage, #11 on http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/?hosting-account-usage-policy.

When I've started to build I site here are the problems:
1. for 2 weeks site down at leest 2,3 times a day
First they told mee that they have told me:
"We recently experienced some server overload issues, causing a slowdown. The source of this problem has been located and addressed. Server performance should now be back to normal."
OK I've told them.
After one week the problem was still there
They have told me:
"We unreservedly apologize for the service outage that you experienced. This is unlike us, we'd some hardware issue with server described on our forum"
