-anonymous- (-hidden-) / multiple .com and .org domains

😠 Been with Tubu for over a decade, was friends with the owner of the company. In recent years, various basic services (email servers, DNS, SSL) have been failing and when I brought it up when it became a real issue (lost emails, domains down for days, etc), it was always a hassle to get it solved. Owner would constantly deflect and try to blame me for the issue when I haven't changed my domain settings in years. Finally just asked to change to a professional host/registrar when he didn't seem willing to bother to fix issues anymore. Honestly, he should just retire the business and move his clients to a reliable host if he doesn't want to support them anymore.
