😠 I am so frustrated with this company. No way to contact them by phone. Having issues with my website and no response from them.

😠 The worst service you can imagine. I have a limit of 2GB for the website and the e-mails. This gets fool in months and than everything collapses. can not access you e-mail any more to make space. takes many hours to fix it and my customers complain the their emails to me bounce back. in 4 years in happened 5 times.
There are many more problems and every time I have to spend many hours fixing them. In the end their only live person there and tech support yells at me like it is my problem that his system does not work. It is so dysfunctional that I have been paying the $15.99 / month for 4 years and could not move from there , but now I will just forget it and start all over with a new provider.
It is old and does not work. Ineffective support. For $16/month it is the worst deal out there. Stay away from this.

These guys are great!! I can not say enough about their hosting and their service. I know just enough about my Zen Cart site to mess it up, and when I do the Camelot team is right their to help me get it fixed.

😠 the company only has two people working in there. One to handle the tech support and one for customer service. Their live online support is never online. Never answered my support ticket e-mails.
