😠 Awful service by ZYMA
Zyma is just good on the dashboard, but in real it sucks, they are offering a very promising deals, but in truth they are just grabbing your money, having too low resources, they will kick off anybody anytime just blaming that your site is using too many resources.

No phone number working, no customer services, no help.
Once signed you are caught, loosing data, customers, everything.

I have been a web hosting customer of several companies along 12 years and never I had found a web hosting company with better and faster support than Zyma.

They reply the support tickets in an amazing average speed of 5-10 minutes or less!

😠 Disgrace host
I have been a customer for a little over a year.

Speed and reliability from the server is so so but these issues can easily be overlooked by the affordable price plan.

What is not acceptable is that recently Zyma gone and emptied my email accounts without my permission. They claim it was maintenance and spam removal. Really BS. The icing on the cake is the customer support is none existant. No reply to my query plus no apology from them. The guys who run this company need a reality check. A few more incidents like this I won't be surprised if customers take legal action.

😠 Unfair investigation
I won a free hosting plan at Zyma for one year. I was contacted by one of Zyma team members when I won the prize and they were very nice to me. Then I requested Zyma to change my domain address from a new one domain address, and they told me it will take less about 24 hours. However it took more than 8 days and they have not replied until the time of writing this review, I have sent them two emails. I decided ro call then and When I did, they said because my account is free, they give it minimum priority whenever my website needs fixing.
If so, then why the hell do Zyma give away free hosting plans and they do not be host with customers from the beginning. I should have been told that my website will get low priority when I was contacted by Zyma team. I tired the online chat for several time, the result was:
1- One of Zyma members told me that there is something wrong with my new domain.

😠 Zyma offered free hosting for 1 year then Tried to Blackmail me into paying [...]
Zyma was promoting a code for 1 free year hosting Dec 2012. I'd never heard of the company but thought they offered a lot of features. At the end of December I signed up. I went to my url one day in February and saw that it was down. I received no notification or anything. So, I emailed tech support and was told there was maintenance going on and that my site was flagged. I asked why no email notification of the maintenance was given and why my site was flagged (it was a regular e-commerce site). I was told because it was free and if I didn't want it to happen in the future I could use their services? I was confused and thought I might've misread something. But, they were actually trying to blackmail me. They told me that my site would be taken offline without notice unless I paid them. Then when I stated that was blackmail I was further threatened with service termination. There are many hosting providers right now on the market. After long research I chose Zyma because it allowed me to have multiple websites and SSH access on the cheap shared plan. It was a big differentiation from many other providers.

Zyma delivered everything as promised without any hidden unexpected disturbances. I communicated with customer support using online chat and email on several occasions. The responses were quick and resolved my questions (like getting access to the site with SSH). Overall, I like the features offered by Zyma, the price and the reliability or the service and support.

😁 Amazingly fast servers
I'm a real customer of Zyma for about 2 months. Their web server is really powerful and I haven't seen a shared web host can run my joomla website so fast compared to my previous three providers, including the famous godaddy and 1&1. Their control panel is customized from cpanel by themselves. Besides the original rich features of cpanel, they simplify all the user interaction and make the ui more visual. I cannot believe a new hosting company can do thing so excellent really!

I moved to Zyma due to multiple bad experiences with Justhost.com including poor service, slow load times, multiple billing errors and just generally not giving a damn about customers.

Since moving to Zyma I have been so overwhelmed with how great the service is.

I used shared hosting and most hosts over sell servers and when someone is getting stupidly high traffic that they affect the health of the server and the experience visitors get on everyone elses websites they step in to resolve the issue.

This means that my sites now load a lot quicker which is always good.

I've contacted support a fair few times, but most times it's due to a problem on my site that I can't fix and not because of a problem with Zyma, or it's service.

And despite this being the case, Zyma support have always been very pleasant to deal and actually helped me resolve issues that weren't their fault.

I would never use another host.

Price: the best in my opinion, cheap and affordable with plenty of payment options as well as a thirty day money back guarantee which I think is the best feature of the whole deal.
Features: even though I have only used a few of them I think they are very widely varied and customer friendly, the few that I have used are extremely user friendly and interactive not to mention relevant and fun.
Reliability: At the most I get maybe five minutes of downtime a week, considering the fact that I have a high traffic density on my website, not to mention that I am using only the basic plan, is a real bargain and was the deal clincher for me
All in all a very good service.

I have had very little trouble in the time I have had with zyma, the customer service is excellent, the responses are rapid and relevant. I have yet to experience any downtime in dealing with my website and the speeds have been lightning fast. I love the control panel that zyma offers for managing my site, I absolutely love the customer friendly interface and the whole adaptability of it, I can now alter my site and its features as I see fit. It’s a cheap, reliable and really, really fast server to host your domain on. The customer services are impeccable and prompt, not to mention they actually know how to translate jargon into English. I speak of this from experience, for as long as I have hosted with zyma.com I have not had to face a single problem when it comes to downtime, uploading or server speeds. This was my first venture into a domain hosting website and as such I was not very sure about what kind of welcome to expect. Luckily for me zyma provides an incredibly user friendly environment and detailed, step by step guide to setting up your own website. The service is prompt and timely, tailored as if to my individual needs and demands. The helpline provided was also very useful to me, both the phone as well as the email help lines are very prompt in responding to customer needs and take you step by step through whatever problem you might have. I would heartily recommend zyma to anyone who asks, it’s a pretty good platform to base your domain on. The pricing strategy is great for such an incredibly diverse customer support platform I used the 1.79 a month plan.

I went to extend the account two days before the expiry of the term. It turned out that I was suspended "in advance". During the day trying to get answers from support. They keep the haughty silence. If the evening is not the answer to transfer my domain is more expensive and adequate hosting.
It looks like it's my first experience with fraud by the hosting provider.

I've been changing hosting twice, and finally I believe this is the ultimate one. So far I never had a problem and servers are reliable, fast and UK based. Zyma offers Cpanel (which I love), a great customer service (phone and email. However, I never tried the phone hotline) and their website is well designed and user friendly. Although it's probably not the cheapest hosting you can find on the Internet, priced at 2.49£/month it's not that bad either (at least you know what you're paying for).

Price - I got Zyma web hosting for free for 2 years, but I still think the price is great.

Customer Support - Someone from the company responds to my tickets within a few hours. It is important to now that they are in the UK and I am in the eastern US.

Features - I haven't used many of them, but they seem to be plentiful.

Uptime - Using 3rd party trackers, I get at most 10 minutes a week of downtime.

Overall, I recommend this service!

To be honest, Zyma hosting is fabulous. In the past, paying hosting services at 5$ a month was normal. Since i discovered Zyma through an article on the web, i was astonished at how cheap the price was (10 pound a year). Now don't get me wrong : i don't mean cheap in the way you could see it. In fact, their hosting is better than most "unlimited" hosting companies. I never had any trouble with my website. They also include a few credits for google adsense and very useful tools for beginners like Fantastico deluxe which will provide easy of access to most common software on the net (wordpress, phpbb, etc)

That aside, they also have PhpMyAdmin (which is useful) and their Cpanel is well organized. There's also a built in support (one click install) of the cloudflare service, which is a plus.

In overall, I'd say that this hosting company is good for any folks that need a cheap and very reliable hosting service for starting their website. I would recommend it.

As a web developper, I was searching for a hoster for one of my personal project and found a good review for Zyma. So i've decided to check services : everything is unlimited for £4.95 (bandwidth, disk space, databases, email, trafic,...). My first reaction was : incredible! But it was not enough to subscribe immediatly. So i've decided to check for more reviews about this hoster (unlimited services for this price, i could not believe it). And most of the reviews were positives.

So, this was the first time I've tried creating a website- and my first instinct was to find a host with the most affordable and cheap prices. After doing a little research comparing the pricing of a few other hosts i stumbled on a blog that reviewed an extremely cheap hosting service- Zyma. The price is unbelievably affordable and comes with great freebies- such as a $30 Google ad sense voucher. Considering i only have one page up yet- i haven't really seen any problems with my site, though what i was most impressed by was the live chat feature- i got instant help.

Been with zyma for nearly a year now. I manually transferred my website across and had a few issues with wordpress database sizes etc. Raising support tickets was simple and these were answered within hours of raising. This was something I was really impressed with. I have since raised other general support tickets and again these have been answered quickly and in a concise manner.

The control panel is very easy to use and layout is simple. A variety of application can be installed, personally my site is all wordpress based. I have recommended the site to several freinds of whom some have signed up and are having the same experience as myself.

A great host and hope the support/service continues.

I hesitated when I moved my website to Zyma as they were a lot cheaper than other competitors. I doubted they can provide satisfactory support for their clients. However I was wrong, they have very generous hosting package with excellent support. On several occassions when I had problems with my website, I could get a solution within a short time frame. I have found it difficult to find a hosting company that has made their pricing easy and cheap for the quality they provide.

I came across the company after viewing a blog post about them. There was a competition and in curiosity I looked at their website. At first I thought, £4.95 a month .. but then I realized it was per year. After the blog post received many comments I decoded to go ahead with their hosting as I was starting a website and I thought the £4.95 for the year wasn't too much of a gamble!

Now that I have used Zyma web hosting for almost a year now I have to say they've provided with me a great service. When ever there was downtime or some other error occurred, I could simply message their customer support and have a reply within 24 hours with most often a fix, if they didn't have a fix they would give me an overview of the problem they were encountering problems and the service would be restored in the next few days. I have only ever had this sort service downtime

Totally agree with comments made by Victor. Find yourself a better hosting or you will regret. Zyma ignored their customer's when one of the servers went down for a period of 10 days last year and websites were inaccesible, no emails or phone calls answered, absolute silence from their end.

I've only been impressed by Zyma. I joined because their plans are extremely affordable. I was surprised to find a beautiful account management interface and the latest version of cPanel, which makes administrative work easy.

The support-team is also excellent. I was able to change my hosted domain name with a quick e-mail. They also keep their customers loyal with rewards programs and free hosting.

I can't comment on its reliability or speed as my websites are lightweight. But if you're looking for affordable & simple web-hosting, look no further.

I started my first website with Zyma and of course I needed much help. The support gave me fast and good answers so I could keep going update my website.

Zyma.com give you UNLIMITED Storage Space and traffic, so you don´t have to care about that. I also got a Free Wordpress installer.

Zyma offer a very competitive price for hosting - it was so low I thought it might be either a mistake in the pricing or a rip off! If your running a business and you need a website I would highly recommend Zyma.com - not only does Zyma provide value for money and for your business but the support you receive when you really need it is at a completely different level compared too the competition.

Pros:
. Value - the value for money is fantastic, in most cases you won't pay more than $100 for a website depending on the features you purchase.

. Time - they are very quick with setup and fulfilling your needs whether your a business or use your website for personal use.

. Business - they also provide software packages for your business, although you have to know how to set it up yourself (with little to no difficulty) it really comes in handy if you sell online.

Cons:
. Established name - the only problem with Zyma is I had never heard of them until a work colleague mentioned them when I was researching the best deal. They were hard too find.

Zyma is perfect hosting company for any small Europe-based websites. Even though they provide real unlimited traffic and unlimited disk space, they cannot host medium-sized and big-sized projects with decent amount of traffic.
I always recommend Zyma to my colleagues and friends for their small and personal projects, because Zyma is perfect for such projects. They provide a lot of features, like very nice and useful cPanel, SSH access, fast access FTPs and incredibly good technical support. I had to contact support several times and EVERY time they were really good, helped me will all issues swiftly and precisely.
Also, they are opened to suggestions, as last time i mentioned my concerns about domain price policy, in the next newsletter they stated that they change this part of price policy and they took down extra payments to be made when domain is transferred from Zyma. 😠 A nightmare hosting

Also like others i had a bad experience with zyma hosting company. All the issues was starting from oct-nov 2011 when the servers (?) had faced with massive DOS attack. Fortunately i did a backup from my sites because from over a mount before the speed of my sites was horrible. And I moved all my sites to another hosting company with the average speed and less monthly fee. After nov 2011 I entered rarely in my account. Until this month when I received a lot of email from cron job from my ex-site. I logged in my zyma account and after that I tried to logged in my hosting account. Surprise. My hosting account had been suspended.
I opened a ticket for explanation and after a day or two of delay, someone from technical dep. did the great job to answer to me. And the answer was surprising one: my account was suspended because of the suspicious activity with my files from my ex-site.
Take a note about this one. Starting from november 2011 I modify the DNS entries from my registrar

I needed a UK based hosting, and the offer from Zyma seemed quite attractive, very cheap and with good features. So two weeks ago I open an hosting account with them (payment accepted promptly through paypal :-). Unfortunately after the first few days of acceptable service (apart from some technical issues with php memory limits, and other "small" things - resolved not-too-fast but within 24 hours), my web site become not reacheable, both via ftp and web. It appears the server ns3.zyma.com (109.169.48.143) is down.
A ticket I have opened to have SSH enabled (although it sells as "free SSH", this is actually not enable by default and they reserve the right to enable it after the client explains why it is needed.. !!) has remained open..
I've sent several email that have been unanswered for the last 6 days, nobody answers the phone (neither the 08715269203 nor the one registered with paypal 0800 6126209 - this is not receiving incoming calls) and I cannot enter the cPanel to even [read more...]

I've been with Zyma around 5-6 weeks, and generally the service was OK. Reasonable(ish) speeds, excellent Cpanel, and no noticable downtime. However, things have since changed and the experience has shown your better off somewhere else if your actually dependent on your hosting!

Their service has been down since around 2.30pm GMT 28.09.2011. A simple IP ping test has verified this. It is still down this morning 29.09.2011 with absolutely no update.

It's nice to see they're own sales pages work, and they're taking new orders!

They don't answer calls, have not replied to emails, support tickets (& live chat isn't unavaliable).

I expect this is the case with other Zyma users.

It's beginning to look like it was a fly by night company (i.e. sell as many £4.95 packages as possible, then bail).

If you want really cheap hosting of non essential material, then Zyma might do the job. However, if you don't have a backup of your site, or it's business critical DO NOT [read more...]

😁 Zyma Technologies is a web hosting site based in the UK. I started using Zyma when I won a contest on a sixrevisions.com, and I got two free years of web hosting from Zyma. I have been using it for about a week now, and I don't have many complaints. One thing I don't like very much about Zyma is the use of cPanel. It is mostly a personal thing, and I find it just a little difficult to use. For the most most part, though, you don't have to use cPanel. The highlights of the service are a VERY low price for all of the unlimited features (storage, bandwith, databases, etc.), great customer service, and the zyma.com site is rather easy to use.
